Playing sport as you get older

I do a 12 mile circuit on my mountain bike every other day and I play badminton once a week. I'm 42 now and it's enough to keep me ticking over regarding weight and feeling good. There are two lads I play badminton with. One is a little overweight so the games are less intense but one is...

Not sure that you can do a Fray Bentos in one of those sunshine. I've probably saved you a few quid there. You can thank me later.

Great post. I do the same. You can use a blend of the spices to marinade meats for Kebabs too. Mixing a teaspoon of like you say, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground fennel seeds with garlic, ginger, lemon juice and Greek yoghurt will make a really nice...

Made this when I got home from work last night. Put it over a baked chicken breast and some brown rice. Plenty left so will have again tonight, I reckon it'll be nicer tonight as its had plenty of time for the flavours of the ingredients to merge...

So do I but I'd still never consider leaving a good onion gravy off sausage and mash. Was wondering how you made the mash that creamy that the gravy ruins it. Maybe I think that I use a lot of butter when in fact I'm not using enough. Either way, I'm not omitting the gravy.

Just seen your earlier post clarifying that it's the term rather than the thread. Haha, fair enough apologies for the tone. You got a recipe?

What a load of shit. The cost of eating out is absolutely ridiculous, even for average food. A thread like this might inspire one or two people to try and cook their favourite foods that they'd usually order at a restaurant or takeaway and potentially save them a fair few quid. A...

Sounds nice. Not sure why 2 Bob has liked it as I get the impression he's a bit of a salad dodger.

I got into doing 'fakeaway' meals at the weekend as I found most takeaways to be expensive and of poor quality. This is one of my favourites. https://www.easypeasyfoodie.com/peri-peri-chicken-nandos-copycat/

I was thinking more along the lines of something tinned. I think it was your ingredients for that 'chilli' that's led me down that path. I know you love a pie, so with that in mind.

FA confirm Southgate will stay on until after Euro 2024 (p 101)

And then still walk into a top job with one of Europe's top clubs once it's over. Makes perfect sense.
