Has anyone ever had an increased dosage of an antidepressant and felt worse? This last week has been one of the toughest of my life. Absolutely ducking horrendous. Though so far I've avoided hospitalisation or self harm. They doubled my Mirtazapine dose recently. I think it's worth mentioning...
