Think you need to weigh up the transfersum as well. Maybe even the salary. And if we sold the player, include the transfersum.
But than again the topic would be “best 5 piece of business by Txiki”.
Pretty much turned out the way I expected it. Nerve wrecking at times and not overly convincing performance vs a really good side that still got us 3 points. That’s champions stuff.
Have we ever been that good this part of the season? Nuff said.
I was just imagining winning the League and FA cup as a 2nd Division side, than winning both again and the Charity Shield and European Cup as a 1st Division side, than winning all these again as a Championship side before we return to the precious PL.
I mean we are known for breaking records...
Tbf Fulham is by no means an easy ride. They play good football and the forward line looks a lot better than most PL teams.
However Pep seems to like playing a Marco Silva-side.
Lets get these 3 points to go in to the international break in good spirit with time for the likes of Ake and KdB...
Joker, Folie A Deux.
Not a clue where the story goes with this one. Not close to the very good first Joker movie.
Than again if you fancy Lady Gaga and are a fan of musicals it might be an idea to go and watch it.
Try and get as many points afap. So play a strong team. Enough players that can do with extra minutes anyways.
We should have too much for them. Underestimating them could bite you in the arse. But Pep will keep them sharp and ready. So I predict 3 points.
Not many teams take points from Newcastle at their ground. And considering the past week with the news the best/most important player out for the season, I’d say it’s a decent performance and fair result altogether.
Arsenal and Liverpool won. But their performances was far from convincing imo...
That’s the spirit …
Yes we are without Rodri who hasn’t played a lot yet and seemed not at his very best. Yet we won all our games except the one with Rodri. Just saying.
Yes we are without KdB. So were we last season for 5 months. We did pretty ok.
Yes we are without the trustworthy...
Shite news to say the least.
I’m sure Pep and his team, and the squad will see it as a challenge to perform without Rodri. While Rodri himself will seek the challenge in coming back fit asap.
Furthermore Real Madrid will drop any supposed interest in Rodri.
Still shite news though …
Definitely not boring. Should’ve easily sealed it before creating a few nervy last few minutes for ourselves.
Good to see a few youngsters at work.
Next round …
Well I was and never will be a fan of Liverpool due to their weird brand of fans. But Liverpool with either Klopp or maybe Slot will never play like that with 10 man. Nor would any Pep 11. Or 10.
Arsenal treated this game as if it was a title decider in April. It’s fck September. And if it was...
