I remember watching us lose to Chelsea in 1979. They were dire, relegated that season. We were 2-1 up at half time, but managed to lose 2-3. I remember thinking that's the end of Tony Book, which really pissed me off cause the side had so much promise with the likes of Dave Watson, Peter Barnes...

Personally the Stuart Pearce season was the worst. Going to matches was torture mostly. I hated it even worse than Frank Clark's god awful time which was utterly dire from start to finish. On the other side Sven was brilliant, gave us back some self respect.
