For drinking I would stay on the German side of the border. Weil am Rhein is nice and even Freiburg is only 30min by train from Basel. Nice City, many students and real nice pubs. And it’s much much cheaper than Basel.

My away matches have been Feyenoord and Chelsea so far this season. I’ll try to treat this match as an away match and start drinking quite early ;-)

Will be another tough match. Saints seem to be in a good form. But I think they won’t park the bus and give us a game. As I’m coming over for this one, I can’t wait for it.

On my way to the airport now. Should be a good atmosphere and a big chance to see my local hero Ilkay tonight. Many people asked why I’m flying over for this match. It’s a City match so that’s the reason. Every match counts. Can’t do Napoli next week so I have to do this one. MCFCOK

Unfortunately Legia fans are banned from this match by their own club due to riots in Madrid and the home match against Dortmund. Atmosphere will be great anyway.

There's no need to book train tickets in advance. Really easy to get from Dortmund to Düsseldorf.

There are two stations at Düsseldorf airport. When you come out of the arrival, don't leave the terminal. Just walk to the right hand side and use the escalator downstairs. (Obviously there are signs as well)There's a station where you can take the S11 to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main station)...

Don't think it'll be a problem to get cash at the machines. I'm also sure that you won't have a problem to find an open exchange office. At most hotels you can also change your money...but definitely you'll be able to change at the airport. Don't worry mate
