Both can come on if needed Madchester and make an impact.

End to end stuff this , great advert for the Championship albeit VK is at the wrong end of 4-2 scoreline.

We need everyone and far more often than not Pep gets the balance right , even played Laporte injured last season that in part got us over the line for another title to his short term detriment and how important was he in the run , very important. Gundy off the bench in the final game was a...

Yes I have to agree albeit it a heavy heart but its highly unlikely we can win in their patch twice but still proud of the boys with the season they have had exceeding all my expectations despite having one of the highest paid rosters.

Big fan of The Nice and early KE so this one will be an interesting listen as I haven't heard any of the tracks before.

Cheers Gabriel I still won't believe it even if this turns out to be the case. This has a completely different feel to 2008 and 1980.

I think you hit the nail on the head with tempo on this album , if the chord changes are inappropriate or lacking or too infrequent then tempo becomes more important IMO and like you I just couldn't find it or rarely found it in many of the songs. The best I can say about the album is the...

Touche Gab you have got me by the short and curly ones and deservedly so. Whether RT deserves much of the credit is debatable and it was touch and go for the final spot until the last week and would have fallen short under the old system but we hung in there and not in my wildest dreams did I...

The Album Review Club - Week #147 - (page 1942) - Blonde On Blonde - Bob Dylan

Neil D was a good if not great songwriter and could put on a great show ala the Greek Theatre with one of the best intros' to a song that ever been sung IMO bar some of the guitar work preventing it from being the best. That build up is first class as Bill alludes to without mentioning the...

Cannot fathom that my team is 2 wins away from a World season after being 22-29 and about to sack their manager. This has the hallmarks of of one the most amazing feats in professional sport in the past 50 years namely from zero to hero in one season. Hope I haven't pit the mozz on the boys.

I don't like the word hate applied to music Fog I would prefer loathe but I get what you mean a 3/10 song for me at best on a good day. and family members have much their releases unfortunately (LOL) its one of the many songs I change channel to ASAP if I am driving alone and grin and bear it...

    Jerry Lee Lewis RIP

Fantastic post and right on the money , never got to see him live but seen the audience reaction and boy could he put on a show and like Little Richard he broke the mould and made that piano talk and talk loud and true. RIP Jerry you scoundrel all us males even the virtuous ones would have been...

Plenty of heat to the affected areas Fog a little more than we gave the Souse Gits last Sunday hopefully. Took me over 2 months to fully recover from my last bout , hopefully you are in much better shape than me and will recover much sooner. I can assure you , you won't get much physical...

I had some reservations when they toured oz in 2016 given the years that had rolled on but if anything they were even tighter despite the lack of spontaneity compared to what I observed previously. Time can distort your perspective but I think in retrospect ( perhaps having the kids ( well both...
