Not a chance, if he does leave it will be under cover of non-disclosure agreements and a heafty pay off.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Just a thought given the mess that Everton have been in with the PSR rules, is there not an argument that had the interest been applied on shareholder loans that they would have failed PSR by even more. Would this have resulted in earlier points deductions. Could it be argued that the rules...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

The number of rags who still seem to think that this was a minor win on technicalities amazes me, they have just lapped up the PL statement and accepted it as the truth. To be fair at first I was unclear who had actually won, but when you read the judgement and then see how the PL have now back...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I cant be the only one who is pissed off at Newcastles stance on this, it seems to me that it was the amendments aimed to stop Newcastle that pushed us to go down the legal route. Not to say that we shouldnt have pushed it but why not Newcastle.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Yes, i agree. I was thinking more along the lines that if it is going tits up for the PL, it may be an opportunity for them to withdraw the charges and for Masters to go rather than it run it's course and the full details come out. Again this assumes that it is going badly for the PL...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Interesting times ahead, I personally don't feel that our win is enough to force Masters out of the PL. They will look at how the rules can be amended and aim to keep as many of the current restrictions in place as possible. Seek to create the illusion that they were in the right all along...

Some might say they are acting in bad faith, i'm sure there are rules about that.

All this talk of an emergency meeting being called in light of our win, does this mean that we are also invited or or we being excluded?

Txiki Begiristain to leave role at end of season

I hope he goes into the next PL meeting with his dick swinging and tells the fuckers some home truths. Wouldn't mind if he kicked the Arsenal guy in the bollocks as well.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

100% thats how I see it, there seems to be this view that we were trying to throw out the whole principle of APT rules, I don't believe that to be the case at all. There needs to be regulation and rules in place however they need to be fair to all parties concerned and most importantly legal...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I see the media narrative this morning is swinging back towards the PL and no real change. Little City cant be seen to be winning.

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Funny that when that knob on twitter first posted the "bad week for city" tweet my heart sank, after looking at it in the clear light of day it's obviously bullshit. However, it did make me realise that if we were to lose the case just how bad I would feel.

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Can you imagine a scenario whare Kaldoon goes on record with the statement of "Irrefutable evidence" Where Pep says he would leave if lied to, Where we embark on building a hotel and stadium expansion. And then the case comes around and we say "no defence". It's all bollocks.
