City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Thanks, only i was told that there was a hold up a few months ago, with the publishing, as it had to be in for the start of the season, so i thought it was a once a year job, with all amendments during the season, bought in the following season.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Now this is the bit that confuses me, City sued over the February changes, not the 2023 changes where they abstained ( i believe ) So did the PL change the rules straight after the February vote and publish it? or did they wait until the end of the season to change the rules so it would appear...

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

There are very few of us that think we will get off all the charges, but i expect what ever charge they do pin on us ( we all have our favorite ) to be vastly less in cost, than the cost of the 115 case before it went to the panel, would be interesting knowing what the cost is so far:). You can...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

And it might be the only news we get on it, a postponement that might never get acted on.

I do not think they got renumeration of £40 million, think they got an allowance on their losses, which should upset Everton, due to the wording of their charges. The big question would be who authorized this allowance, and did they vote on it, because to me it stinks of the Platini case.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

read some knob of a finance expert called Wilson say, the parties will agree to disagree, go their separate ways and have a re vote. Little problem there, if they vote to keep the changes? But this does show a change, the media are expecting the changes to get dropped, and are trying to claim...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

That is a good point, that fails on our UEFA charge, it also fails with our first UEFA charge, being seen to have the letters after the name is the reputation, getting the job done to the standard who ever pays, i would put as being more important to those that pay.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I would be upset if someone dismissed my point like that, personally i think it is a good point, maybe worded badly like most of mine, but still with merit, after all the ex Belgium PM has got lots of money but still gave a result UEFA wanted

I was going to tell you what he did in the PSG case, but you know what, i think you summed it up well, with just enough intrigue. :)

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

For the same reason the ex Belgium PM decided we were guilty without any evidence, you are basically selling your reputation, with this being a non disclosure, it is money for old rope. The only worry is if City sue in a court over a restriction of trade, where they will simply say different rules.

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I think LB is almost as daft as Jordan, when the PL charged City with a 115+ charges the consequences changed, he says nothing happens if the PL fails, but that is wrong, just like if the charges are upheld each charge has a cost, and as the charges multiply the cost multiplies. But as each...

Watford EFL Cup 3rd Rd (H) | Man of the Match

Could have been a few, grealish showed his class, and his tussle was thourouly entertaining, Lewis worked hard, good to see again, but that hard work was matched, so needed something different, Nunes was good but not commanding, we needed commanding with all those youngsters. So i gave it...

Car Insurers you are a DISGRACE

Always found if you shop around on line before your renewal date, they find out and give you a cheaper quote, sometimes they say they can not match that, but still do if you threaten to walk away. The only time that did not work for me , was Sheilas Wheels who must have wanted rid, as they put...

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Not sure that the consensus is from both, as it only started when the PL case took a battering, i am just a thicko but my view is that the PL threw a big number at City with the intention of getting one over the line, then tying down all the others with the multiples, non cooperation/ fair and...
