PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Pretty sure it was Ziegler who said PL clubs could sue, and i do believe he was told a couple of days before that, that under PL rules they could not sue another member, only the PL. It was also him that said there was no time bar for the PL.

As far as i know, it is the same people that said it was starting in November, who then changed their minds, and said September, now September is nearly half way through, decided Monday? PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Not been on for a few days, so sorry if it has already been said, and put to bed but. Leicester City won their case on Thursday, while it is more like the Everton case than ours, it dropped a bomb on the PL. The PL biult an independent panel to look at their case, they chose not to look at all...

    The Squad planning thread

Excellent Graphs, shows Pep`s fondness for midfielders, couple of queries, where is Echeverri an attacking midfielder on the second graph, also where is the lad that we bought from West Ham, a striker who was promised game time there, surely he would be where Bobb is, and is Bobb CA?

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Whilst i do not expect City to win all their charges against the PL, and i do not know them all, it seems that City have in different terms, claimed the PL has a illegal racist cartel working within it, with impunity. If this is true then the PL is unworkable, and draconian measures are needed...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

It is good point, the PL would be the licencee holder :) But on a more,(not much) serious note the PL addresses the Clubs as members.

City are the most watched Team in the World

Those 25,000 right move voters will be very upset, for the last decade they have been used by the PL SKY and utd, to get favorable terms on sponsors and TV exposure.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Oh yes but only because City took the steps they did, which is where the PL became responsible, it did not put on hold at the time of the vote.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

If it was me, i would ask for every member of the G14 cartel be removed from the corridors of power, every panel, committee, and sub committee, i would take away their proposing, seconding and voting rights, for the next five years, at least that is where i would start.

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Believe it or not, in a Members association, illegal rules can be used, or example most Member Associations are working mens clubs, so if it is all men in the club, they can vote no women on the snooker team. Obviously problems happen if a woman joins the club, there may be 100 blokes, but if...

City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Right i keep getting told if City win, they will have to change the rule book? now i know that Newcastle were against the 2023 vote, believe City abstained, and we voted against the February rule change that went ahead anyway. But these rules could not change immediately surely? I know the...
