    West Ham (a) pre-match thread

We're winning there. West Ham shipped three to Spurs and Jose's boys were foolish to let them back in to the match. We'll go 2-0 up in the first half, West Ham will pull one back and we'll seal it 3-1.

Social Media - is it really a good thing?

With the exception of when someone has died, I never put bad news on Facebook. Maybe I'm critical about something (i.e. the new Champions League proposal) but it's just not the done thing to wax lyrical on there about bad things. People post a hyper inflated view of themselves. There are some...

Most Permabans In The History of The Moon ?

I’ve never browsed a U****d forum let alone registered on there. Has The Fixer still got an account on here? When banned, they seem to disappear (the records.) Harvey Keitel’s character in Pulp Fiction was a Fixer. As is Steven Stelfox in Kill ‘Em All by John Niven.

    COVID-19 — Coronavirus

London so much more densely populated yet no tier three lockdown. Wear your mask. Keep your distance.

    Worst Goalkeeper

Don’t talk nonsense. Hart was number one at the club and Bravo came in to replace him. Why does Pep constantly get a free ride? He’s capable of making a mistake and he made one with Bravo.

Social Media - is it really a good thing?

I’d get it in East London from St. Mary’s Uni Hospital in Whitechapel. Stand up to them and they always back down. Wherever I live, I aim to be away from students because they lack any life experience. Believe they’re completely untouchable.

I caught one out at work. “Oxbridge educated” on LinkedIn yet degree from Cardiff.

    Worst Goalkeeper

I’m too young to remember some of these keepers but Bravo was very disappointing. He replaced Golden Glove Hart and had a dodgy season with some truly awful match performances. He was soon moved on for Ederson. Guardiola got off quite lightly for that one, IMO.

    Your Lockdown Solutions

The pub on Saturday was awful. I had to wait to be seated alone and sit a table away from any of my mates. We had to sort of shout at each other and watch football. As I'm in the East End then I want to go out for West Ham Away on Saturday. The atmosphere will be shocking when we usually have a...

Did he? Missed all that. It sounds sick as fuck but I can sort of understand it and laugh about it now. You can find the funny in almost everything.

I think they were getting ready to but didn't know where to go. It's hazy. I'd had a few and then he never posted again to the best of my knowledge. It's one of the most infamous threads in the history of Bluemoon. We were talking about it in The Rain Bar one time. It's clear the accident did...

    Missing mooners

I just had to smile when he came in to the pub for the first time. All those badges on his scarf and topped off with a fake Burberry baseball cap. Fans who dress up are class. One or two of you may have seen The Ginger Wig around City. Then there's Mr Portsmouth too.

Was very saddened when I heard about Tom. I was drinking alone in the Crossroads and he had me sitting with him and the family. Absolute diamond. The most Bitter Blue you could ever wish to meet too. Fantastic.

    Missing mooners

Badger and Tom. I once bumped in to them on Oldham Street when I was walking up to my hotel. They'd been out on the piss since 9am and were doing a pub crawl to the ground. It was the early afternoon for an evening KO. My goodness did those two like to enjoy themselves... Anyone else know them?

Has CityKev left the forum? I knew his family a bit. City ledge Badger and his late brother Tom.
