He's not coming to replace Kovacic though, he's coming to replace Philips, and Nunes who have been poor signings. I for one know who'd I prefer to see in midfield if Rodri needs a rest. A midfield with Gundo and Kovacic would will me with more confidence than a midfield of Kovacic and Nunes.

We do, but whose out there that's attainable and would improve us. Bruno is good but massively overpriced. Kimmich been a great player, but is on massive money and at 29 could himself need replacing in 18month to two years time. Maybe the club just see no value in the market for what we need...

The Turkish LB(not even going to try and spell his name) has impressed me every time I've seen him in this tournament. Seems to have a good engine on him. He's up and down non stop and seems good both defensively and technically when attacking.
