Overseas blues tuning in...

7AM in Langley, British Columbia (Canada). Will get up at 6, take the dogs out, make a big breakfast, put on some tea or coffee. Though, depending on the score, I might well be into the beer soon enough.

    Vancouver Whitecaps

If there's anybody that would like to swap two tickets in the Man City supporter's section (228 or 229) for my pair in the Southside (Sec. 217), do let me know. BTW, I've heard City will be bringing the FA Cup and it will be available for photos prior to the start of the match.

    Vancouver Whitecaps

I'll be going to the Vancouver match. I live just an hour away (in Langley), so I wouldn't miss it. I've seen City at COMS, and at Emirates, so the chance to see them without paying $1000 for a flight is a rare opportunity, indeed. I'll be in Section 217, right in the middle of the more...

City to play Vancouver Whitecaps in preseason friendly

I'm a Vancouver Blue, and cannot wait for this match. I've seen City at Eastlands, at Emirates and soon at Empire. Any questions from visiting Blues, I'll do my best to answer. Perhaps Dunfield can play 45 minutes for each side?

A salutary lesson for our Academy players; Terry Dunfield

Cheers, lloydie, for starting the thread. I thought it was a pretty good read, and I'm glad some of you enjoyed it.

    The MLS

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I can't start new topics, and I thought some of you might enjoy this article on ex-City player Terry Dunfield, who has signed with my local club, Vancouver Whitecaps. He speaks quite a bit about his time at City. Link: <a class="postlink"...

Any chance they'll come to the Pacific Northwest (Vancouver, Seattle or Portland)? I sure hope so...

City in talks with MLS for possible expansion

I would love for City to be involved with the MLS team in my neck of the woods - Vancouver. Vancouver's MLS team has been approved for 2011, and I think it would be a great fit. Besides, you lot would rather be involved with a rainy Northwest city in Canada than some place in the States, surely?

Lonely Planet guide to watching Manchester City abroad.

Anybody know of a good spot in Vegas? I'll be in Las Vegas for the 19th - doing some research, it seems like the Crown and Anchor is the likely spot, but I was hoping for someting nearer to the strip (I'm staying at the Flamingo, if that helps). Oh, and for anybody in the Vancouver (Canada)...

    City games in Canada

If your cable provider offers Setanta Sports, you'll get every City match, although some won't be live. http://www.setanta.com/ca/ The odd match will be on either the Score (Sundays only)...

    Canadian Blues!

Heh. I just posted in the "American Blues" thread. Yes, I'm a Blue in Langley, BC (near Vancouver). Between supporting the Blues and Canucks, I've had my share of heartbreak, to be sure! CTID.

    American City Fans

I'm a Canadian, and I know what you mean. There was talk of a North American Supporter's Club, no? Thanksfully, the TV coverage here is excellent. I don't think I've missed a weekend match all season, and have seen the vast majority live (even those 4AM starts.) The midweek matches can be a...

    Canadian Blue in London

Hi lads, Long ways off yet, but I'll likely be in London for City's game at Arsenal (April 4). What are the chances of getting a ticket or two? This would be my second match - I was at COMS to watch us beat Boro 3-1 last season.

    Canadian Blue seeking advice

Yeah, I'm aware of the possible fixture changes - our schedule is pretty flexible whilst in England, so I'm hoping that won't cause too much of a problem. The loyalty points could be an issue, though. I just hope it works out.

    Canadian Blue seeking advice

Good day all, The wife and I will be in England for the first time from 30th Sept to 15th October, and I'm desperate to see City play whilst abroad. The only fixture available is 6th October @ Newcastle. My plan is to buy a citycard and hope that I can purchase a pair of seats through...
