Foden is well out of sorts.

    27 | Matheus Nunes - 2024/25

He has been one of our better performers in the slump especially orignally being brought in for depth

    Media discussion - 2024/25

It was a decent showing considering our current energy levels.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

The board aren't going to panic and have seen the bigger picture. The only way Pep will leave is if he decides enough is enough and somehow I don't think he isn't going to renege on his current deal.

Did you watch the first half. Both sides went flat out and we got our noses in front.

    31 | Ederson - 2024/25

Not a problem for this season. He is our better keeper out of Ortega but it is down to Pep to decide who to stick with for continuity purposes. That would include the Cup and Champions League games.

    Media discussion - 2024/25

Played with intensity in the first half. We couldn't sustain it and it took a mistake from Nunes to get them back in it.

    27 | Matheus Nunes - 2024/25

Forget about his clusterfuck the squad still needs depth. Mostly he has done a good job

    Aston Villa (A) - Sat 21st Dec, 12:30 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Running on empty. Not much we can do unless Pep decides to set up the side to play on the counter attack.

    A Bit of Positive Thinking...

I disagree with the last bit but we do need a rebuild and it is going to take a couple of seasons. The questions are who is going to be the first of the multiple title winning seniors we are going to move on in the summer.

    Joshua Kimmich

Not at all. Wouldn't add anything extra that we currently have in the squad.

We shaded the overall possesion. It was even with the chances.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

It will after this season is over and we have another reset. We did go deeper in the Champions League and only got knocked out on away goals by a star studded Monaco side in his first season with City.

Mental fatigue has played it part too. Even our stalwarts are feeling it. Nunes having to try and change his overall game hasn't really helped his overall concentration although it was still a clusterfuck.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

A few doubted him in his first season and after that difficult season we were Centurions after a mini rebuild. The players have pulled of an near enough impossible feat of winning 4 in a row and in one of the seasons we won the Champions League for the first time in our history. Both players and...

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

It is the defence Pep has to really sort out first. That isn't possible without our best holding player recovering after a season ending knee injury. Attacking side of our game is fine although we are far from being at a our absolute best.

United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

We shaded it. Individual error cost us at least a point. They didn't batter us and we didn't batter them.
  18. R

United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

    We had a few ourselves.
  19. R

United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

The only issue is we can't cut out the individual mistakes.

United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

It wasn't. Up until the fuck up we were decent for the win.
