I suffered with this a year or two ago. I did a number of calf type exercises and fortunately this cured the problem. Might be worth having a look for an exercise programme to see if it makes a difference online.

It is a small allocation but success should be based on sporting merit not dictated by how big your ground is. Luton being in the Premiership is an incredible story and football is all the better for it.
