The main flaw I see with Philips, is his lack of mobiility, He don't move into the right positions, he's slow, he almost seems to actively hide when he shoud be getting in a position to receive a pass.
Was he like this at Leeds?
Højlund... the one who we were told would rival Erling this year. I just realized he has scored zero goals in the PL.
That doesn't surprise me that much to be fair, he's always looked shit whenever I've seen him.
I think it's wonderful that we are doing as well as we are, that we are playing the game ever so beautifully, that we seem to still be a well oiled machine which wont break down, that exciting new players bring spirit to the side and that well established players seem to perform at the same high...
First José will get a third run, who after initially labeling himself 2004 as "The special one", and then 2013 "The happy one", will now refer to himself as (fill in the blank).

He's not really that great of a manager, is he? Publicly complaining about players, not improving a single player.
Compare this to Pep's way of approaching the same problem:
From your attempt at a movie reference to my tv-show reference; and to quote Young Sheldon:
"I don't want to embarrass you, so I'm going to give you a moment to think about what you just said."
Unless of course you want the stadium to shout Oh Matheus to Mozart's 25th symphony, that is.
