City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Try melatonin, I’ve had no end of trouble my whole life with sleep and have tried various different things that were available to me. Zoplicone just made me feel groggy. Most natural sleep medication I’ve used and it’s great. Also not physically addictive, technically you can only get it via...

    2 | Kyle Walker - 2024/25

For some reason I can see him ending up as a pundit when he retires. He’s quite articulate and speaks confidently in interviews, even if he does drop himself in the shit occasionally.

When did you start following City?

2018, hence the username! Never liked football prior to that, met my now ex girlfriend who’s family and her had always been avid supporters and are from around Manchester. I didn’t take much notice at first but I grew to love it and became as obsessed as her. Haven’t missed a game since. At...

    27 | Matheus Nunes - 2024/25

Penalty was good but the rest of his play was poor, too easily pushed off the ball even if he does have pace. Savio looked better in his first game.

    Alvarez replacement thread

Kudus can play either wing or midfield. He’s a versatile player and is a progressive carrier, strong as an ox, good crossing ability, good with both feet and is strong defensively. I can see us going for him next summer when the release clause kicks in, same amount that Paquetas was rumoured to be.

    26 | Savinho - 2024/25

Takes balls to step up for a pen in your first game for the best club in the world at the age if 20. Liked his corners a lot, once he gets more confident in the way we play he’ll be great.

Match Thread | Man City vs. Man Utd FA Community Shield (10/08/24)

I like Savios corners, gets some good height and dip on them.

Why does Kovacic look younger? It’s the hair I think?

    UK far right trouble

That’s fucked, all of them on that one guy. Like school kids.

Alvarez done deal - £82m to Atletico

I’d love Toney here, clever player, but can’t see him sitting on the bench as you say. Unless he’s confident enough he can force his way into the first team even when Haaland is on the pitch.

Match Thread | Man City vs. AC Milan (27/07/24 @ 23:00)

Susoho looks a player, reminds me of Akanji’s skillset.

    10 | Jack Grealish - 2024/25

Wasn’t there some exciting news meant to be coming out about Jack? Not sure if I missed it in the previous thread.

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

I’m surprised we’re not giving him a chance, must be something management have seen in him defensively because he’s great going forward.

Well maybe we will at least get a Rodri backup now

    Dani Olmo

Just the 90 plus pages over three years as opposed to say those for Eze or Olise which have the same for 1 year. Like I said, 20% of these comments were made after he scored against France the other night

    Dani Olmo

People know enough. It’s telling that 20% of the posts about him have been made in the last 48 hours when the thread is three years old.

    Dani Olmo

I’ve watched him plenty, looks a tidy enough player in a system, but prior to the euros there was next to no interest from fans on here compared with other midfielders we were linked with.

    Dani Olmo

I can’t see it with Olmo, looks like a good squad player. Yes he scored a good goal yesterday but he wouldn’t even have been playing if Pedri were injured. Prior to yesterday’s match who really wanted him. Feels like a Nunes buy to me.
