Debt Collection Baliffs - To ignore or to pay

Thanks for the advice. We tried to appeal but it was a very arduous process and had to jump through so many hoops - writing them a letter etc. But obviously failed as still getting letters. Being a bit of a fanny, I might just pay rather than letting it progress any further. Even though being...

Debt Collection Baliffs - To ignore or to pay

So - long story short my wife took our kids to a playbarn and entered a digit wrong with reg number. For the last 18 months we have had DCBL (Direct Collection Baliffs Ltd), sending letters every few weeks on behalf of UK Parking Control Limited. Letters getting more strongly worded and now...

    Pep Guardiola - 2022/23

Our style of play now seems to be how we used to play when 3/4-0 up a few season ago. Initially we used to blitz teams away and didn’t give them a second to think. I remember pep always praising Gabby as the best pressing forward in the world. Now with haaland, Jack and mahrez they aren’t...

    The Positives

Foden to come back and get firing on all cylinders. Rico lewis again doing a steady job under tough circumstances. Ake being solid as a rock and now a first team regular performer. Jack looking up for it and a real threat. He takes players on and creates space. Sadly our other attackers...

    Spurs (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Sadly our team at the moment doesn’t bring fear to the opposition. Too many players not of the previous quality. We don’t have a best 11, no clear football philosophy and as pep mentioned the passion seems to have gone. Would love to see Foden as an 8 and a bit more dynamism.

    Rugby Union Six Nations 2023

Can’t wait for this. Good to see Ben Curry get a start tomorrow, his jackling skills are immense so very much a like for like with Tom. I think France will edge it but they are prone to the odd disciplinary issue to could rest on that. On a sidenote the commentary and analysis of rugby games...

    Spine of the Team

Over the last decade we have notoriously had a core of players who were masters of their position. The envy of the other teams in Europe and ones us City fans loved and they loved us. From Hart, vinnie, yaya, silva and aguero in the years after the takeover. To vinnie, fern, kev and Aguero all...

    Lewis Hall

The sarcasm didn’t translate. Yeah bombo clearly knows the square root of fuck all.

    Lewis Hall

When Bombo speaks you listen. Probably best source on here so very exciting if true. He’s not very good though which is the only issue.

    Left Backs

I can potentially imagine a move for Digne from Villa. They have signed a left back so a 6 month loan might be a good idea.

    7 | Joao Cancelo - 2022/23 Performances

I think the key wording from jacks article is saying we won’t be short ‘if’ we fail to get a replacement in. There is no way we won’t be trying to get someone in over the next day or 2. But saying we will brings an enormous amount of pressure. Basically saying if we can’t get someone over the...

    7 | Joao Cancelo - 2022/23 Performances

I know Milan have theo Hernandez who would appear better than cancelo. Unless the plan was to play him rb. From memory they have Dest atm but only on loan. It’s odd that generally as a fanbase we don’t rate Cancelo highly, despite amongst the media and fans he’s rated as one of the best...

    7 | Joao Cancelo - 2022/23 Performances

From what I remember Matty is a fairly reliable source. As pep always says, if a player wants out the agent has to bring a decent offer. I wouldn’t be shocked if he departs.

United (A) | Post Match Thread

Like pretty much everyone else - it was offside. Clearly an error to allow, but the old city would have been 3 or 4 up and got the rags by the balls Long before the equaliser. Reading the comments I semi agree with most which places me in the neutral zone as to our current predicament...

Match Thread | Man United vs Man City (14/01/23)

We don’t seem to enjoy doing any form of progressive passing anymore. The backwards and side to side passing doesn’t stretch teams or create space as done at such a slow speed. Anyway, United are crap so we will still do them.

    Southampton (A) - Carabao Cup QF - Wed 11th Jan, 20:00 | Pre-Match Thread

What a team! So dynamic and good blend of resting experienced players ahead of the derby and giving more minutes to players like Phillips, Gomez and Palmer. Dare I say this means Lewis is starting at Old Trafford? Also, excited again to see Phil in the middle, with Palmer in his natural wide...

    Discussing Religion with Kids

So my 5 year old at school is starting to be taught religion and specifically Christianity. So with this it obviously raises questions for me - an atheist - the sort of response I should provide. He is asking to pray before bed and wants to visit church etc, which obviously I can't object to but...

Spurs (H) - Postponed due to the passing of the Queen (pg67)

Surely we should be celebrating a lady who lived to such a great age as 96 and not mourning. 2 minutes applause with the clubs putting on a big show before kickoff would surely be more apt than crying alone at home. Crazy.

Spurs (H) - Postponed due to the passing of the Queen (pg67)

Reading more about this. Seemingly the cricket is resuming on Saturday, premiership rugby being pushed back a day with regards to games tomorrow. So I actually think this will still be on. The games around the Queens funeral will be cancelled clearly as that is the only definitive.

    James McAtee

He seems to be very frustrated. Absolutely nothing has gone right for him whatsoever!
