I've been thinking about this. Given Ratface told Rashford to leave it, wouldn't that instruction in itself make Rashford active, and therefore offside would be the result?

I was wondering re the supersaver ticket. So, it's not like our off-peak tickets, where you can travel on any off-peak train, but for the specific train booked? Due to land in Geneva at 1.55pm, so will leave a bit of time to allow for delays.

Official: Etihad Stadium included in formal bid for Euro 2028

Maybe, but I can't see them taking over F&B, it's not like you can buy a UEFA branded burger.

I would have thought so. Plus we'd have the revenue from all the food & beverage, and probably a slice of merchandising income. Profile is another positive point.

Or that Palmer was the answer to our RW? Palmer never kicked on like Foden did when he got his chance in the first team.

The world has gone fucking mad. Is this what we are paying our politicians to do? Don't know which party Byrne represents, and don't care, it is a waste of any party MP's time. This is how weaponised the Dippers have made the term. I thought we had freedom of speech in a democracy. I give up!

Do you think they will do that? Currently at 17k, which is well above my 10k-11k level. I'd resigned myself to not getting these after the OSC told me to explore other avenues.

Firstly, don't demonise fans driving to the games. For most, it's a necessity, not one of a number of options. As a minimum, I'd have hoped for some Park & Ride locations dotted around the area. I think Metrolink helping us out is a pipe dream. One can only hope CFG and partners are lobbying the...

What about Northern Rock? I worked for them until 2005. The financial crisis was nothing to do with NR, other than to spread some panic to the masses. It was Lehman Brothers and the US mortgage-backed bonds that caused the global meltdown.

And therein lies the problem. Getting there is less of an issue. Getting away on the tram is another story. The queue on Saturday was trailing all the way back to where it opens out around the stadium. Many have suggested different solutions. What the answer is, lord only knows.

Remember we were all given the opportunity to comment during the consultation period? So we should all walk to/from town and/or use public transport? I'm sure there are many in my position, but to highlight why I drive to games. Because it's the only viable option. On any given game, there are...

Levelling Up / Northern Powerhouse - what a crock of shit. And Manchester is the 2nd/3rd largest city in the UK. These numbers lay bare the truth. Manchester could really be the driver for economic growth across the M62 corridor if the transport system was better funded.
