Manchester voted one of the best nights out, Salford one of the worst.

Had this discussion the other day. Does anyone know where the centre of Salford is? The Precinct?

Not bad for a deal where the initial bid was c.£30m? They really don't know how to negotiate.

I've just had a similar conversation with a Dipper. He reckons we can't get any better at this moment in time. Nearly fell off my chair!

May have already been said, but you could have listed the ticket on one of the fan ticket exchanges??? I know it’s a bit of a faff, and yours was a junior ticket, but it’s an alternative. I get your point, which is probably why the club have extended the guarantee on ticket exchange to 10/12 games.

I read the other week, no delay just an urban myth that it would be ready for the start of the 24/25 season. What's the odds that the next news is the contractor has downed tools?

I was told Laing O'Rourke estimated at £160m last year vs Turner & Townsend, who were cheaper, but City accepted the position. LOR have since come in at £170m, whereas T&T estimate is £150m+. City told LOR they were going out to tender, and I think LOR walked away as they couldn't bridge the gap...

Quote from the BBC - If De Gea decides to leave, he will have been the last player at The Rags to have a PL winners medal. Just beautiful.

And he's really only the front man - Peter Lim is the real equity behind Salford City and the St Michael's development.

It's the potential for multiple exit points that does it for me - opens up Bradford Rd and AT Way for those heading west or North. I used to have season parking in Blue car park. It was a lottery getting off, with the main problem being a single exit for cars going in all directions.

100% - the gasholder site is much bigger than you think. Would give the potential for multiple access/exit points, which might help with congestion on AT Way. We can only hope.
