    Do you support the RMT?

Seems like I was given misinformation in that case. Tbh, I don't use the family railcard often (in fact I've only used it once when I purchased these tickets for London some time ago). Good news though - thanks for the clarification!!

    Do you support the RMT?

Yeah - I'd only recently purchased a paper one though (and I don't believe this can be changed). This only happened as I was at my local station trying to find a way to get to London (when the trains were really knackered one weekend). Couldn't find a route online so was thinking of driving :(...

    Do you support the RMT?

Must admit I do too. The app is pretty well designed and tickets are quickly added to my wallet. I didn't know there were other options tbf but I'll try trainsplit above. I have a question though: I've recently purchased a family railcard but I bought this at my local train station which means...

Wimbledon 2023 | Alcaraz beats Djokovic in the final

Good to still Lendl involved in the game too. Not everyone's. favourite player (a rather cold machine to say the least) but I loved him as a kid. Wish I still had his Adidas tennis tops...

    Manchester’s Changing Skyline

It's definitely got mixed reviews (which may be a good sign!). Jury still out for me tbf, but it's the flexibility of the space inside and what can be achieved will probably make this a success.

Yeah. I like Liam too. I've played with people who've played with them (the club is just up the road). Miss playing actually. Might restart this summer.

His sister, Naomi, is becoming an admirable presenter. Not sure if she has retired from the game? Hot and cold with tennis. Was pretty obsessed with it as a kid....Borg, McEnroe then the cold Lendyl. Becker, Sampras then Federer (perhaps still the finished to grace this sport) and Nadal. Novak...

    Autophagy (and fasting).

That's some regime tbf. I do something gym wise every day: either weights first thing, to long walk. 2 yoga classes a week and one pilates and started to up my running again (hamstring issues have prevented me fully returning). Usually add a good walk in the evening (before gym session)...

    Manchester’s Changing Skyline

Visited the Factory International (sorry...Aviva Studios) today. I've not been round that part of the city in ages but what an incredible transformation, I know the building itself is getting mixed reviews (externally, I'm not too sure, and the underpass and internal foyer space is something...

    Autophagy (and fasting).

Does that not affect you energy? I do feel if you're squashing your window down a fair bit you could potentially skip a meal. I had a late lunch and then an early evening meal (lunch at 2, meal at 6) and was still fairly full from the 2pm meal. Could've feasibly skipped that evening meal, or...

    Question Time

Most awkward thing Ive seen all week. And the way she glared a the next speaker like some weird body language manoeuvre.....and that utter nonsense about the NHS afterwards. The contempt this lot have to so many. people is an unsurprising shocker. Horrid, horrid, horrid.

    Running thread

Nah - I couldn't run for nearly a year but never went to the docs. I had an episode playing tennis with my kids (gentle too) when my heart went into overdrive (felt like >200bpm!) and I had to kneel down. Honestly thought that was it (kids looked a bit worried too). Stopped for a few more...
