i put a comment on one of the many articles on line , saying the same thing , asking what the implications are for the PL if City win the case , i got one like and not a single response to my reply ..... that outcome has been completely ignored by the gutter press / media
Basically a few student oiks in the street with a clipboard asking passers by have they heard of Manchester United ( brand )
and then some mental gymnastics to get to 659m ( now 1bn ) 'followers'
Which frightens the death out of the media
apparently the latest figure is 1Bn 'followers' - fans are flocking to their mid table mediocrity , which begs the question - why didnt we get an extra 400m fans during our blip years ?
It is totally wrong that anyone in hospitality / premium seats should get access to away tickets over people on high points
Inevitably 'hospitality' means they are inviting guests to games , some of which may not be city fans or may even be opposition fans
Great that they pay top whack for...
That's fine, they can buy the empty seats everyone claims we have , spend their 'tourist dollars' in the city shop , in Manchester hotels and in Manchester businesses, even show a passing interest in the city and region that the club was born from
their idea of banter is silly jokes about the opposition, once they are given a bit back they revert to full on cultist rage, and silly name calling ....... the cheeky lovable chappies
i dont understand why tourists or new fans are accommodated with tickets to away games to the detriment of long standing blues when if they were really interested in City you would expect them to want to come to the etihad and spend money at City and in Manchester
NO THANKS !, i actually got to a game to watch the football as well as to cheer my team, i dont spend all day with my back to the game or with my view blocked by flags
