You’ve missed the window unfortunately, it opened Tuesday 30th July and closed Friday 2nd August. I got an email, make sure you log into your account and check your email is up to date!

To anyone who purchased their ticket for Ipswich yesterday on their flexi gold… Does your mobile sc show Ipswich on there? Mine still says Fixture - Kick off - It still only says CITY at the top and nowhere does it say it’s a flexi gold. Cheers

Yeah, you should have had an email which tells you the purchase windows for the first 3 home games. The club will give you a 72hour window 3 weeks before each home game to confirm your seat. If you don’t purchase it, the club sell it on the exchange

Go on the account and at the top it will say that you have some reservations. When you click that, it will give you the option to pay for the tickets. Make sure you put add to mobile pass and click the correct one.

Just purchased my Ipswich ticket on my flexi gold. Phone wallet hasn’t updated showing it though… anyone offer help please? Thank you

They will change them throughout the season anyway! Supply and demand, the way the sales went for the tickets originally, don’t be surprised to see exchange tickets for games like united go up from £75 to £90 3 weeks before.

I don’t think so. I spoke to city shortly after I purchased one, they said there was no way someone else could go using it unless They took your phone in. They are clamping down on selling it on. You have to attend minimum 10 games or your can’t renew
