Its not to make money its to make sure you arent out of pocket too so charging a bit more for games where there is a high demand means when you take less than FV for a game where there is less demand and then you break even. You should also be compensated for having to deal with timewasters too...

As long as its not over the face value the club sell them at then its fine imo. People want them at 1/19th of the price for the big games but when forest come to town on a tuesday in winter and you cant give a ticket away people dont care that you are losing out here. Not to mention the hassle...
