    Biggest flop at Euro 2016?

To be fair, almost all the so called 'stars' have been less than mediocre so far, Lady-Boy being among the worst of them. Easier to enumerate the few ones that haven't been a disappointment : Griezman, Bale, Payet, Muller. Honorable mentions to Boateng, Hummmels,Chielinni and Buffon.

How are we going to line-up this season?

    Copa America 2016 (Final: Argentina vs Chile - 27/06/16 @01:00 - pg32)

I tell you what, i have witnessed how Maradona's era was ten time tougher than nowadays. Defenders were flying-in with off-the-ground-tackles from left right and center without seing the shadow of a yellow card. Do i have to remind you of the almost career ending injury he suffered with Barca...

    Paul Pogba

He will never come back to the swamp, period. But if by any odd chance he does, do you think the media would bite on what would be the worst piece of business in football history ? I bet my left nut if we ever sign back Boateng for some serious money, we would never hear the end of it.

    Copa America 2016 (Final: Argentina vs Chile - 27/06/16 @01:00 - pg32)

Just goes on to prouve that as good as Messi is, he still is half the player Maradona and Zidane were. They had that amazing ability to deliver the goods in big international games no matter how bad or average their teammates were. They would never have bottled four finals in a raw.

    Toni Kroos

If Real are releasing Kroos, i am a hundred percent sure that means they have an upgrade coming their way ( Pogba ? ). Anyway, he would be a great pairing with Fernh / Gundogan.

    N'Golo Kante

I tell you what, the battle for Kante's signing will be a tough one. Right now, he is the best versatile defensive midfielder in Europe. All the top clubs will be willing to get him while he still hasn't reached his peak yet. If we pull this one, we have our midfield spine anchor set up for at...

    Kevin De Bruyne 2016/17

Definitely was poor, loosing the ball left, right and center, unable to complete 3 yard passes; yet he was still their best threat going forward. He wasn't helped by the bellow-par holding play ability of Lukaku. Bad day at the office.

    Welcome Gundogan!

Terrific business, indeed a £40M player bought for half of his actual value. I just hope that he won't turn out to be another sick note ala Jovetic, typical City never dies.

    David Silva

I have never seen a player of David's caliber being labeled as finished before hitting his mid-thirties. Sorry, i don't buy it. Ankle injuries are not permanent, he will get rid of it at a point next semestre. The lad has just turned 30 for christ sake; being a creative midfielder, his career...

    Wales can win the Euros?

Germany, Belgium and france are likely to go up till the semis. The fourth team to join them will be the real darkhorse of the tournament, i am betting 10 quid on Italy's revival. But no, Wales have zilch chance at all to get to the quarter finals, let alone winning the whole thing.

    Next seasons home shirt (allegedly)

It is not the Laser blue, but the Lecoq from 2001. And to my eyes, 15 years back feels kinda vintage; reminds me of my early years as a City supporter.

FA Cup Final 21st may 16

Sure, finish outside top 4 and missing CL footy next year will be qualified as a better season than us. Rag spoted.

FA Cup Final 21st may 16

    Cringe worthy, utter bollocks.

Joe Hart (joined Torino on season long loan - Official)

Off course, just like when you lot were planning victory parades and booking hotels & restaurants, only for Stevie G to slip on his arse. Keep dreaming and lighting candles. You scousers have lost the plot so long ago, it's not even funny to tease you nowadays; it feels like bullying a disabled...

So refreshing to stumble across argumented assertions once in a while.

Those socks looks so wrong. I still have a soft spot for the vintage, like this one :

    Player thread: Samir Nasri (2014/15)

Quality inteview. Nasri sounds like a very smart lad, his quote about getting into management instead of punditry puts him in another bracket compared to the plebs. And he looks very confident about playing a primordial role during Pep's tenure, very encouraging.

    James Milner

Even if he sounds nowadays like a true ****, i just can't have a go at Milner. He has been an absolute five star workhorse when he was wearing our shirt, played his role during our winning seasons.

Guardian's nominations for Premiership flop of the season.

Kolarov has never been hyped into something that he wasn't supposed to be. He has been bellow average for some seasons now, nothing new under the sun.
