    Vat on Independent school fees?

They will just have to go without avocados and Starbucks coffees to be able to afford the VAT costs. That seems to be the answer for the housing ladder after all…

    Flooding - again !

Want to know something mad? If a new housing development is built in what is classed as a flood zone, the developer ONLY has to build in the provisions for flood defences, NOT actually build the flood defences. So for example, they need to leave area for a flood wall, but they aren’t bound to...

    Kamala Harris

Just remember… no matter what you read (and have to re-read to be fair) and no matter the arguments that Bigga constructs that look an awful lot like he supports Trump, he definitely doesn’t. Not one bit. Nope. Not Bigga. He only does it, as others are Anti-Trump. And he is not a...

About to lose my job, looking to start a new career, any advice please...

Insurance industry is always crying out for good people. I know you said you don’t like office jobs, but it may help whilst you study to do what you want. Loads of opportunities, pretty much recession proof, and you can earn good money too. Give me a shout if you want any advice

I mean the ones mentioned who have more, Johnson, Truss and May aren’t MPs any longer. Surely you appreciate that?

    Mangala signs new contract

As mentioned, he was immense on his debut vs Chelsea. Pocketed Costa. My Dad and I thought we had an absolute steal of a centre back. It seemed like he loved the physical battles, but quick nimble attackers had him on toast. Was it Frazier Campbell who bullied him for Hull? Always have the...

Premier League Games 21/22 Sept 2024

I’ve had it on 2 mins. I’ve heard the commentators call both Eriksen and Garnacho to be in great form, as they played well vs Barnsley.

    The Labour Government

The same way I feel about other people cashing in on businesses / houses etc now. All power to them , but the level should have been raised years ago. He wasn’t in power 12 months ago (or even 4 months ago!). If he’s benefitted massively in the last two months, then again - this would stink...

    The Labour Government

Partygate, dodgy contracts to their mates in covid, the Liz Truss debacle causing me (and many more cash strapped workers with young families) to pay an extra £300 per month on our mortgages, Brexit, Brexit negotiations, plan for Brexit when it was voted for, the lack of stability within...

    The Labour Government

I struggle to believe this… You’d only applaud it, if GB News/Telegraph etc told you it was ok to. Did you applaud Tony Blair/Gordon Brown for anything they did “good”? Any examples? I’m guessing the answer will be “what’s that got to do with anything”or similar. And I voted Tory 14 years...

    The Labour Government

So am I reading the room, that if the government amended it, so those who JUST receive the State Pension still get the WFA (perhaps half) and those better off pensioners who have private pensions etc do not get any WFA, then everyone would be ok with that? No one going without who truly needs...

I don’t mind Arsenal too much. Your statement (I think) is true about them being the best defensive unit in the league, but if it were United or Liverpool they’d be talking about them in same breath as Milan of the late 80s / early 90s.

Will anyone in the media comment on them having £310.5 million of players on the bench I wonder? And that includes 3 out of the 7 being free from the academy (Wheatley, Collyer and Evans)

    Kamala Harris

You’ve not responded to my questions, I note; doing the same side steps that you ridicule Kamala Harris for, and offering up the personal insults, which is a Trump playbook (you don’t criticise him, as it’s too obvious to criticise him as everyone else does). How ironic.

    Kamala Harris

So her not budging on an issue is a concern, as is her flip-flopping (ie budging on her position)? This is all very confusing? Policies aside, how can she please you? Not changing opinion? Changing opinion? Or should I wait for a few days until one of your YouTubers tell you the answer?
