Brentford usually provide us with a tough test and I expect that will be the case tomorrow. Their pace on the counter worries me and I can't see us keeping a clean sheet. However, on the back of 3 wins we are showing more encouraging signs that we are beginning to click in front of goal.
Hopefully McAtee will start, also an ideal opportunity for O'Reilly to get some minutes. I still expect Pep to go fairly strong though, but I don’t expect to see Haaland or Kovacic to play.
Who said anything about a Vinny Jones type of player, the current team is lacking physicality and we are far too easy to play against, especially in midfield and defence.
We have all seen the significant drop off with Walker this season, but that shambolic performance today from TAA was something else. He has a complete lack of positional awareness and defensively he is a liability.
