Rugby League Ashes 2025: England v Australia Kangaroos

Lost the spirit to take the games down to the wire after half time. Lots of dropped ball also increased our fatigue. A really good showing from the starting forwards. Embarrassing for our left wing to be shunted into touch twice when he could have kicked the ball down the line to pressure the...

Well if Mike follows the example of the protest movement, he will still be celebrating off the back of the Napoli game!

    Liverpool (H) 9th Nov 25

That’s fine as long as people wanting a Liverpool at home will also buy a Bournemouth. 1/19th for both but my guess is those complaining would want the Bournemouth for £20, if at all. There’s no single FV. Yes 1/19th is preferable but I can understand asking for a bit more (closer to what the...

Priced out? | Club announce that matchday tickets being reduced by up to 43% (p93)

It should be selling out but then again everyone’s budget / finances are different and we aren’t quite the golden ticket we were a couple of years ago. There’s been a lack of openings for young families to sit together, particularly when we were on the crest of the wave, but the Haaland affect...

Priced out? | Club announce that matchday tickets being reduced by up to 43% (p93)

They’ve fooked up plenty but if these don’t sell out (maybe except a few singles being left), it’s hardly an advertisement for cheaper tickets.

And to date all the more desirable games have sold out (excluding corporates).

I tend to agree but the Knights Templar of ticket point puritans, who dominate this forum before high demand away games, don’t. They will be marching around Stockport, in between Bodo Glint sales updates, shouting “God Wills It!

Great stuff Dave. Much better than when I turned up in the main stand 5 minutes late against Blackpool in the Cup and watched them score. I sad oh shit, Blackpool are 1 nil up. The bloke next to me said it’s 2 nil to Blackpool and it was. I think we made a good comeback anyway.

Like the time I worked until Saturday lunchtime and thought I’d have a change from the Kippax and sitnin the North Stand. The only thing was I couldn’t because the chair was broken and the barbed wire would have decapitated me. I knew something wasn’t right when the ticket office staff member...

The Ticket Office staff are usually very helpful when I eventually get through. Not everyone like I’ve said. It’s a case of Lions led by Donkeys IMHO. The ticket office staff aren’t insisting on the excessive changes to ticketing rules. That’s the Execs above them.

Did City work out it was the Felix who was going to visit the ticket office at Villa to get his ticket to work or have I missed a conspiracy??
