Just finished The Tartan Gangs and Paramilitaries. Very interesting read as I've said before grew up in Northern Ireland at this time and could relate to lots of stuff in the book. At times quite harrowing how fast things escalated through word of mouth. -

Morden parkrun south London this morning. Warm with nice breeze and official time of 34.39. Just back from week's holiday ok Rhodes at 7 last night so happy enough with that. Query though my Garmin says I did 3.14 miles in 34.27 and my Strava says I did 34.26. Bit disappointed my official time... -
