Okay where do I start. We have 4 and 3/4 games left. We continue the Christmas derby game 2 days before Easter, (only in Australia) at 21 minutes with us leading 1:0. This Wednesday. The team is finding ways to drop points with regularity and the new coach seems to be lacking the right...

Today we are playing home 5pm KO local. This will be my post, pretty much going to sign out. Thanks for the replys over the seasons and support when we were rubbish, but its pretty clear now this entire CFG vision really doesn't work, that is no one really cares about Melbourne City outside...

Yep totally agree. To win away in Perth is huge. Derby next Saturday, it's our away game so I'll be in the corner.

Haven't posted for a while. But we are in a sweet space. After 3 draws all probably deserved for different reasons, it was so enjoyable to see us play without fear.

Weirdest thing is the game is to be continued from the 20th minute with us leading 1:0. Just dumb.

Playing tomorrow 1pm KO (Melbourne time) across the ditch in Wellington. My early fears of the new coach seem to misheld. Although a very small sample size, 2 games and 20 minutes we seem to have transitioned seamlessly from one bloke to another. In fact we look a little more fluid. With a...

Okay just to explain. The A-LEAGUE is now managed by a new entity APL, Australian Proffessional League not Football Australia. APL board is made up by some (not all) A League clubs. Mainly due to some A League clubs are owned by the League. Anyway the Melbourne City active support ban is for...

Now that was disappointing. Tensions were high all week. The APL the new governing body of the League announced that they had signed a deal with NSW government to have the next 3 grand finals played in Sydney. Their logic was that it would then become a highly sought after event and other...

Not really, there are more clubs on NSW. I still can't get my head around the logic of the decision and the backlash has been universal. Yep we definitely need a coach.

Greetings again. A-LEAGUE is back, actually last weekend. We lost our first game of the season away to Sydney 2:1. Looked average and probably fair result. We have Rado Vidosic as interim, was previously women's coach. Still unsure how that will change things. We have our Christmas derby...

    Tunisia v France, Australia v Denmark - Wed 30th Nov, 15:00 | Group D | World Cup 2022

Can't see us beating Denmark. Biggest game since Italy 2006. Not sure what to do, its a 2am KO, option 1 go to sleep now, and have at best 4 hours, watch the game then go to work. Option 2 get up at 5am watch the replay. Or go complete blackout and watch the game tonight after work.

    France v Australia – Tue 22nd Nov, 19:00 | Group D | World Cup 2022

Best outcome for us would be 0:0. Potential City front 3 of Tilio Maclaren and Leckie, probably only Leckie starts.

Yes, and Mombarets his mentor is somehow involved/linked. Very interesting. CFG rarely make changes mid season especially with managers.
