Huntingdon Train Incident - Reports of multiple stabbings

(Sorry to have to quote X) "We need a substantial increase in stop and search. Those objecting based on concerns about racial disproportionality must explain why they think the Huntingdon perpetrators should not have been stopped and searched if encountered." How stupid is that? Stop and...

Huntingdon Train Incident - Reports of multiple stabbings

Not Philp though. Car crash on his advocating "stop and search without any cause for suspicion". Given the amount of traces of cocaine found in the Houses of Parliament I'd start with MPs...

Huntingdon Train Incident - Reports of multiple stabbings

Trains were not running between Darlington and Doncaster so it was effectively the 1400 from Edinburgh to Darlington then coach to Doncaster then onto this "special" train.

Not to disparage that as "research" but the Christians were (and are) Arabs, and the "Palestine Jews" were hard to distinguish physically from "Arabs".

    The Labour Government

I had managed to avoid reminding the Tories that Liar Johnson's ethics adviser resigned because Johnson rejected his advice (and another resigned because he'd been too busy). And Johnson himself got away with taking his lover (one of them) on trade trips because the Mayor of London's code of...

The RSF, The UAE and the killings in Sudan

That sounds rather like Clausewitz. "War is the continuation of politics by other means." I don’t think what's happening in Sudan can be dismissed as just "politics" - or just "war".

It's £661.50 for the licence she should have got. Apart from processing the application, the council does nothing for that. It was intended to stop Rachman-type landlords but if the rent is £3200 a month, you have to wonder how the area fits the criteria for designation (high levels of...
