This is true but existing ST holders should absolutely get to choose where they sit in the stadium and not be limited to the more expensive seats.

Does anyone know the likelihood of a live updated map as such? I.e. 500 move from Block X to elsewhere, will those 500 in Block X then be up for grabs? I’m pretty sure that’s how it’s worked previously but I don’t think they’ll do that this time around.

I’ve never done this myself but mate of mine said it shows full price until you get to the checkout/payment screen then it updates to your flexi rate. No idea if that’s right or not but he was adamant it worked for him for the one he missed the window on

Did you ever get an answer on this? I get it everytime I purchase a ticket now. Very very frustrating. City blamed my device/cookies/cache etc, but regardless of which device I have tried, and multiple cards, it still happens. Tends to work eventually after around 25+ attempts.
