    Wolves (H) - Fri 2nd May, 20:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Why on earth drop our two best perfomers at Wembley? Very strange selection.

Sorry but four changes from the Villa starting eleven is too much.

Aston Villa (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Cannot see it mentioned here but that was a real six pointer. By winning, we are 4pts clear of Villa. If they had snatched the win instead, they would have been 2pts ahead of City, hence the six pointer. Brilliant result. No idea whom Pep will select for the semi final but maybe he should keep...

    Aston Villa (H) - Tue 22nd April, 20:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Been plenty of similar games recently. Beating FC Bruges to qualify for the Champs League springs to mind. I genuinely thought we would get held to a draw then and was pleasantly surprised. Expecting a hard fought 2-2 this evening, probably after going 0-2 down early doors. Again, hope to be wrong.

United (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Newcastle, Forest, Villa & Chelsea will definitely finish above us by the end of the season, so it may be Thursday football next season.

It seems that the third young central defender purchased by City in the January window may prove a very sound investment... https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/an-on-loan-manchester-city-defender-puts-in-a-powerful-display-for-lens/ar-AA1AzIwP

I suspect that Forest also might have a Muslim player, so it won't be a major issue.

Plymouth Argyle (H) | FA Cup | Post Match Thread

My only criticism is Pep's use of substitutes. We only get three opportunities so why not bring on 2-3 fresh players at each change? Savinho for Bernardo and Marmoush for Gundogan/ KDB would have killed them off much more quickly.

    Plymouth Argyle (H) - Sat 1st Mar, 17:45 | FA Cup | Pre-Match Thread

City are a juicy 33/1 to win the tie on penalties. Might be worth a flutter.

What a dreadful starting eleven. Really disrespecting Plymouth. Not seen the bench yet but hopefully it contains talent and pace.

McAtee has to start, surely? He did score a hat trick last time we played a home cup tie.

    Unlikely given Chelsea's massive expenditure.

    Real Madrid (A) - Wed 19th Feb, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Keep them for the Scousers. I would imagine that Rudiger might find Mighty McAtee a real handful.

    Real Madrid (A) - Wed 19th Feb, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Absolute nonsense. He simply cannot play three games a week. Once rested, he becomes a handful for any opposition. Also, he has an excellent record against Real Madrid, so expect at least 45 minutes tomorrow.
