    6 | Nathan Ake - 2025/26

That's where I'm hoping a few games will help - give him a bit more faith in his body. If he is done it's a crying shame cause he's a cracking defender

    14 | Nico Gonzalez - 2025/26

I think it's a concentration thing rather than technical ability. Not sure that makes it any better

    14 | Nico Gonzalez - 2025/26

I feel the same - really want him to do well & feel we have seen the odd glimpse. But a big part of me just sees Javi Garcia

    TV Series

I sat through the whole sorry lot and then wondered to myself just why I had bothered. It wasn't even a good programme even if it was completely fictional. And the fella who played Godwin really shouldn't be doing prestige drama

    6 | Nathan Ake - 2025/26

Hoping he can build up some fitness because it looks like he has lead boots at the moment. If he does get a bit of sharpness back - and he's only 30 - then it would do us the world of good

    9 | Erling Haaland - 2025/26

I think De Bruyne leaving has liberated him a bit, which seems counter intuitive on first glance. Kevin played a lot of his football right next to Erling in latter seasons and I think he fell into the same trap as many of the team - give it to Kev and he'll rustle up some magic. Now Haaland...

Thoughts on the start to the season? | October thoughts (p12)

Not quite up to par, but not far off. The fact that we're adapting our game is a huge positive - shows Pep isn't going to go quietly into the night We're miles off the fitness levels of everyone else, which is to be expected. Whilst Trafford can feel hard done by, the Donnarumma looks as...

Partly contributed to by the fact they didn't start any creative players

Arsenal (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

I actually think he'll be fucked off on loan somewhere if he carries on in this vein

    20 | Bernardo Silva - 2025/26

I think he's doing an unglamorous job for us providing a bit of stability on that side. If Bernardo isn't on the right, I don't think we get to see Foden enjoying himself or Doku coming in off the wing. Bernardo has completely sacrificed his flair for us in the last 3 or 4 years.

    Pep Guardiola - 2025/26

The gear is most likely CP Company, just some of their more understated stuff. For the proper rich people who don't need to get a badge in

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2025/26

Huge step forward in performance. I will freely admit I didn't see this coming and was probably overly critical of him. I'm a fickle one.

    Pep Guardiola - 2025/26

He's switched up the system, it looks good

Think Joe's might have a remarkable comeback around Christmas

Agreed, it looked like a City of old, suffocating them

Napoli CL (H) | Man of the Match

Phil looks properly on it. Getting him firing trumps any transfer we could ever have made

    Napoli (H) - Thu 18th Sept, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Even after all this time he still has the capacity to surprise me. That, my friends, is how you keep the romance alive. I'll retract this statement should anything untoward happen to Rodri.

I love him, but he'd be an awful sub. He needs to be the main man

    16 | Rodri 2025/26

No chance he misses the arsenal game

    Foden's goal

Apart from his first one for us can't remember many others
