Does anyone wish we still played at Maine Road and why?

Cant imagine many blues miss the Kippax bogs at the external walls. One thing I do miss is the big space between turnstiles and Kippax stand. Much less cramped pre match or HT than concourses.

    Jamie Carragher

If the childhood Everton fan likes to be with opposing fans maybe he could be given a ticket in block 110/11 on Sunday, and other clubs could offer similair when at home to Liverpool.

Players from the past that you think would have thrived under Pep

Keith Curle may have been able to adapt to the centre half into midfield role.

Nasri is another example, Pep could have taken him to another level had Nasri let him.

    Utd 1 City 6 OTD 23/10/2011

City should have got Walter to do some work for the club.

    Scott Carson - retires age 40 (p5)

Also well up for getting involved against Athletico in CL. Seemed very popular in the squad, may reappear in a coaching role.

    Villarreal (A) - Tue 21st Oct, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Safe travels to all blues. I dont know where the stadium is in relation to the city but surely it cant be that hard to put some shuttle buses on. Cant imagine too many blues will be driving to the game tonight.

Which City game has annoyed you the most?

Spurs QF even more disappointing as our hopes had been raised by Sheron putting us 1 up early on. Newly opened Umbro/Platt Lane a bit of a disappointment too but from the Kippax it seemed easy enough to reach the pitch from.

Yes, scored a soft goal v Suckling at Maine Rd but didnt celebrate.

    City and Black History

That celebration is like he is singling out a few individuals and telling them to f... off. Debuts dont come much better than scoring a derby winner.

    Salford City

Maybe one of the owners is trying to work on his diminishing popularity.

Who in your opinion epitomises "Mr Manchester City?"

Galvanised the team in 98/9 and brought some much needed leadership and toughness. Who knows where we would be if we hadnt gone up in 99. A huge lasting contribution in a fairly small number of appearances. See him on match days sometimes heading to corporate areas.

    Fireworks/Bonfire night.

I remember being in primary school and having to watch gruesome slides of firework injuries in the run up to bonfire night. Some of the injury pics were pretty graphic, never enjoyed fireworks or bonfires at least partly due to this.

Happy Birthday To Our 1st Algerian Magician

Didnt know much about Ali B when he signed for us but what a season he had in KK's promtion year. Remember reading about him signing in M E.N. on the Friday before an impressive debut on the sat. Seem to remember he'd had an unsuccessful trial with Sunderland before signing for us.. their loss...

Jon Walters scored 2 OG's and also missed a pen in a game for Stoke. Not one of his better days.
