Thought we were good against Bournemouth and Dortmund to be fair.Tonight told us nothing we didn’t already know. Most those players that can’t get in our best 11 are fucking miles off the level we need. Some utter dross signings.

Those 2 weren’t anywhere near as bad as Savinho either!

Leverkusen (H) | CL | Post Match Thread

Don’t think it’s that bad. We’ve been playing well lately. Ok, at Newcastle we were too open but tough place to go and a decent game. Tonight means very little apart from potentially leading to more games if we don’t get top 8 because of it. If you decide to put most of your worst players on the...

Match Thread | Manchester City vs. B.Leverkusen (25/11/25)

They’re nowhere near the level of the players who have been left out. A few changes with most the better players in they’d probably do ok. Put them all together and you get that performance!

Yeah, been alright the ref, let tackles go a bit. Only one i thought probably was a foul was on Bobb. Even that though could see why he didn’t give it

You know he’ll probably bloody wait though!

    Leverkusen (H) - Tues 25th Nov, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Why though we’ve been playing well the last few weeks. We’re too open at Newcastle but that’s on Pep for not addressing it at h/t. We’re still good to watch though and created plenty of good chances

    Leverkusen (H) - Tues 25th Nov, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

Probably because it’s a line up you’d only normally see against some shite in a domestic cup. He usually goes very strong until we’re through in the champions league so that many changes is a big surprise

    Leverkusen (H) - Tues 25th Nov, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

I think that has fuck all to do with it.Lots of games coming up. Defense was wide open Saturday but if Foden and Baaland had taken their chances first half Doku has 3 assists and we’d have had plenty of goals. Hardly think he’s decided to drop those 2 because they missed chances

    7 | Omar Marmoush - 2025/26

Well, it’s not a tricky one to figure out which one should be on the bench whilst he adjusts to the league. Understandable but Cherki has struggled big time against 3 physical sides in Spurs, Liverpool and Newcastle. He should have been subbed at h/t on Saturday to try and tighten things up and...

    Premier League Games | 22/23/24 Nov '25

They’d have had a job as he wasn’t in the squad. Had he been they probably would’ve. They put shitloads you of crosses in during the last 10 minutes. He’d have been a bigger threat than that lad who’s pretending to be a striker for them!

He’s got miles more natural ability than Jack

    47 | Phil Foden - 2025/26

Don’t think it’s to do with where he’s playing. I think he’s undoubtedly not as quick over 10 yards as he was. He can’t drop a shoulder and get away from people like he could.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Doku always had ability to go past people with so much ease that is rarely seen at any level. Savinho isn’t playing well but how people can continuously say he doesn’t have brilliant natural talent of his own is completely baffling to me. He’s got an absolutely brilliant first touch and a decent...

    10 | Rayan Cherki - 2025/26

I don’t think it’s people really being critical of him. It was just we were too open against an athletic Newcastle side. He doesn’t have the physicality to get up and down the pitch. We had 2 wide players playing narrow, so leaving space for their 2 very good fullbacks to attack us. It’s a...

    10 | Rayan Cherki - 2025/26

I’m not saying he isn’t absolute quality now, technically he’s right up there and great to watch. Just don’t think he’ll be able to dictate a game like David could and won’t ever have the physical attributes of a prime KDB to be everywhere on the pitch and burst away from most central...

As long as teams don’t put a lot of crosses in

    47 | Phil Foden - 2025/26

Yeah, was a great chance wasted by not using his right foot. If he’d done that(i know he was fouled after anyway) the defender couldn’t have got near him without taking him out for stone wall pen

Newcastle United (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Yeah, that pretty much sums the daft twat up. Like you say for example a fullback clears the ball and the forward catches him it’s always pulled back for the foul.Just before h/t Nico played a shot pass but was clipped after it and we got the freee kick. I wouldn’t mind it not being given or...
