If you read it again the 9 months applies to double vaccinated people without the booster. There is an 'or' for boosted people after that paragraph.

Not necessarily. Portugal would need to follow EU advice. They don't have to. They also have a general election this weekend so God knows if it will change and how quickly.

There's a list on the visitportugal website of acceptable countries. UK is one of them. Hopefully this is adopted by Portugal.

The home game isn't until 9th march. I would expect about 3 to 4 weeks before that.

Currently two jabs is classed as fully vaccinated. Not having had the booster doesn't change that at the moment but that may change. Fully vaccinated don't need a test to come back but currently need a pre-booked day 2 lateral or PCR when back in UK which goes on your UK passenger locator form...

I think the rules on flight arrivals are in force until 9th February rather than the review on that date with an announcement before on any changes. It's difficult to confirm this though via Google.
