Pretty much by doing what you have said you don't do. And double points if you want to pay the extra £50 for platinum. But you are trying to catch people who are already doing that and on more points.

Says it can be booked through the club, so I recon it's them laying on the coaches city have on.

We have booked with Big Green Coach £48, pick up outside the old Debenhams.

I don't know, but I always tweet @mancityhelp with anything like this and they are usually pretty quick at getting back. When I say pretty quick I mean the same day but better than being on hold forever.
