    It's Quiet - a new dawn

When the season starts isn't important. The goal is to get players in fast so they can adapt to new surroundings and get acclimated with the club/teammates. If we're signing players and selling players Aug 11th, we didn't handle the window too well.

    Alexis Sanchez

It's funny to me when people ask how Pep is going to keep all these attacking players happy. Then we see Bayern's transfer news and they still have Robben and Ribbery, signed Coman and assured him and assured he's part of their plans. Then they signed Gnarby who they will look to use a lot as...

    Kyle Walker

And at the moment Ricardo is looking forward to playing with Porto

    Benjamin Mendy

Yes let's get the guy coming off a more serious injury instead. Sound plan

    Christian Pulisic

Pulisic is good but I still rate BVB's Dembele as the best young player in the world. USMNT will be better in the long run when it's led by Pulisic and the trio at S04 among other foreign based Americans.

    Alex Grimaldo

Easily. City is usually on the earliest, Benfica around noon and Monaco after that and still plenty of day left.

    Alexis Sanchez

He's in Russia with the Chilean National Team preparing for the Confederation's Cup

    Benjamin Mendy

I think it's a playful hint because there was no mention from him about the actual WCQ against Sweden haha.

    Alex Grimaldo

Every player is injury prone, that phrase is one of the most overused amongst fans. After an acl tear 5 years ago Grimaldo hasn't had too many injuries till this past season put him out for a while. Now Mendy who's a bigger and stronger has had a few muscle injuries but nothing that's kept him...

    It's Quiet - a new dawn

I would love that, Ligue 1 window just opened recently so clubs like Monaco and Nice are refilling their squads with new prospects while all their stars continue being linked to moves abroad.

    It's Quiet - a new dawn

Yea he was one of the top OGC Nice prospects to avoid any lengthy injury this past season, seems to be on Barca's radar. He would be great in our side as well as an alternative to Fabinho in MF role.

    Alexis Sanchez

And the Chairman wants to wins domestic titles and win Champions League. We are buying players so that even in a competitive league, we still have great chance to win given what we've seen from the new additions. We are also trying to build a complete squad so the quality at the top isn't far...

    Benjamin Mendy

That's more on Payet's lazy covering as he sees Mendy go after the cross, Payet slow to react on the follow up.

    Gabriel Jesus (injury concern)

Either way ARG's manager said Nico's not playing in their next game.
  16. M

    Hirving Lozano

Kinda answered your own question there haha. If it's a player they're unfamiliar with from a "weaker" league, must be a FFP buy to get a fee out of someone later. Despite this one going for a reported €20M and not €2M like the others. He was nailed on for Celta Vigo just last week at that quoted...

    Gabriel Jesus (injury concern)

Getting unfair stick? There were multiple occasions of Nico putting the extras on as well as others in the Argentina squad. Nothing Gabe isn't used to but this was a friendly and a bit unnecessary.
  18. M

    Gabriel Jesus (injury concern)

Yes Argentina and Brazil are rivals but this was a friendly in Australia and Nico hacked his own club teammate 3 different times, just unreal what happened today.
  19. M

    Gabriel Jesus (injury concern)

Yes it was, both had a great game overall but Nico was the only one playing as if this wasn't a friendly and several times dropped Gabe. This one knocking him out and gave him a cut. Dinho will surely have a word, bit ridiculous today.
