I'd see if there's an opportunity to play him RCB with Dias as LCB, and give Gvardiol (who has played a TON of football over the last few seasons) a week or two out of the side. Him coming in cold to play out of position every few weeks isn't helping him or us

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

The least you can do, if you're short on confidence or unsettled or for whatever reason it's just not happening for you, is put the work in. Sometimes it's the only thing you can do. That's the biggest criticism I have right now. Nothing will come good for him until he puts in the effort

Absolute agent of chaos this season at both ends of the pitch

How can back-to-back league wins make me lose confidence in the team?

Savinho was extremely patchy last season, but 8 league assists for a kid in a new league was a decent return. I have no idea how he has regressed so much this season

Why is NOR, the least experienced player in the side, the one who seems to understand the job here is to kill the game and see the clock out, while John Stones is trying to loft 40 yard passes to no one and giving the ball away so cheaply

He's had some excellent performances this season, but there is an absolute chasm between his good days and his bad days right now. When he's off it he doesn't just look slow and tired, he makes bad decisions, he loses the ball more, it's honestly night and day compared to his best

The fact a team can go 5-1 down against us and think "there's still something in this for us" is a fairly damning indictment of where we're at defensively

Just set a time limit of 30 seconds. If you can't tell if it's offside at that point just move on

That first-time ball over the top from Reijnders was the right idea, it just held up on the turf. Always happy to see us trying to put Haaland through like that though

That'll do it. Great ball in from the Dok. All came from picking up the tempo a bit. Keep it going lads

Individually he’s been pretty decent. Zubimendi and Merino are struggling with Chelsea’s intensity though

    25 | Gianluigi Donnarumma - 2025/26

Yeah, had Trafford put that performance in there would be a lot of criticism coming his way

I don't understand why we don't have another Haaland-type player in the squad. Marmoush can't really play that role, but we try and play the same way when he's up top as we do with Erling. At least another strong, athletic forward would allow the rest of the team to play off him, even if he's...

    10 | Rayan Cherki - 2025/26

Two of those Newcastle three were signed from the teams Cherki and Reijnders played for, so it can't have been that much of a shock

Donnarumma is really, really poor with the ball in the air, isn't he?
