He didn’t die within 3 minutes, he was unresponsive by that time, he likely died minutes after. There’s different factors in considering the acceleration of death, including the impact of dragging him, whilst not immediately providing aid.

“…not have died at that time” is in the CPS. If the any would-be prosecutor can prove the officers’ actions accelerated Henry’s death, they may get a conviction. I’m not sat here saying it will happen and they’ll be successful, it’ll be tough to prove, but they’ve definitely got a chance...

Repeating yourself and sticking your fingers in your ears won’t help you. Video footage is considered a very significant piece of evidence for deciding motive. This is from the CPS:

As above, you can be convicted of gross negligence manslaughter even if the victim would have died anyway, if your behaviour accelerated the process of death.

Well based on your post from the judge, I don’t think we can be confident of 1 properly happening. I hope to be proven wrong, though. He’s guilty, it’s on camera and we have the footage. As I’ve said, he deserves whatever comes his way. Not that I am, or would ever, call for a “lynch mob”.

I think it’s absolutely spot on in this particular case. I wouldn’t generalise the entire police force in the same way but this case is exactly as Crouchino said.
