Lad's got an opportunity in cup games and maybe even on the bench in bigger competitions with injuries and no other pure LBs on the squad. Buzzing for him.

Physically, he looks thicker than I thought he'd be. Sturdy, wiry strong body for someone still so young.

I get that. I don't see him starting against. Chelsea. Maybe PSG though. Sluggish team overall and Hakimi at RWB is a lot like TAA and gash defensively. He will play at some point with 3 games every 3 days.

    The Wythenshawe Mazzola!

Grealish gets the start on the left over him against Chelsea and PSG.. I'd give Raz his next start against Liverpool though. He seems to do well against TAA. A lot of games in a short amount of time so we will rotate quite a bit but that's how I'd play it.

    Chelsea (A) - Sat 25 Sep 12:30 | Pre-Match Thread

Hard to gauge the team not knowing which central defenders and midfielders are fit. Oh well, let's go City!

Such a talented baller. Sweet left foot. Dangerous around the box.

    Wycombe (H) - EFL Cup R3 | Post-Match Thread

Good game for all the lads! Fair play to Wycombe for not being dirty, kicky scums. The regulars who started got much needed fitness. Really good day all around.

Strong lad with a Vinny resemblance. He's been training with the 1st team since last season. Missed a good chunk of time with injury last season but looks to be back. Great game lad!

Natural LB with physicality and pace. Pep can mold this clay into a strong 1st teamer in the future. Hopefully we see him around the 1st team more often given we don't have a natural LB on the squad. Missed so much developmental time last season so it's so good to see him back and doing well...

One of the most naturally gifted players I've ever seen and he's all ours!

Mbete's way of walking and carrying himself is so much like Kompany's.

Yeah, maybe not as high as Larios but he is a talented boy. Last year was a lost development year for him due to injury.

Wilson-Esbrand is some player. Pure athletic LB!

Will be interesting to see how the lads deal with the human lard in Akinfenwa. Hopefully Mbete will keep him in his pocket.

    #17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2021/22 Performances

Yup. He hired a team full of top notch data analysts during his last negotiations to illustrate his importance to city now and going forward. One thing to note about stats though, most top clubs do not use the "stats" that are readily available to fans. Pass%, xG, etc.. this isn't what they're...

    RSC Anderlecht Thread 21/22

How's THB doing? I checked in on an Anderlecht forum and it seems most have been impressed by his game. Numbers wise the LB that came from Dortmund looks interesting. 1 goal and 4 assists already. 21 years old.

    Darwin Nunez

Looks a lot better this year. Will be a tough transfer it City is indeed interested. Benfica is protected with a €150M release clause. Plus they paid about €25M for him and the previous team inserted a 20% sell on clause. Will require a huge number.

    Dusan Vlahovic

All reports indicate that his new contract will have a 70-80M release clause. So it won't affect his chance of a big move. However signing a new contract does afford him security in the short term. In case he tears his ACL tomorrow, he has something to fall back on. If he doesn't and does well...
