    EFL Cup final

I remain unconvinced. I'm a blue therefore I really want him to succeed but I'll call it how I see it. Defensively we're a joke and his contempt for the domestic cups and arse licking of his hero the GPC means funnily enough I don't automatically take to him. He has to prove himself first. Not...

    EFL Cup final

Why is an over reaction when it was a trophy we could and probably would have won if we'd taken it seriously? Will we take the FA Cup seriously? I'm guessing no. That will piss me off and I'm sure you as well karen. Nobody doubts how much you want us to win trophies.

    EFL Cup final

We could have successfully defended it as well. We're so full of ourselves these days aren't we? We've won 14 major trophies in 123 years and never defended one. That's shite. Yet suddenly we're Real Madrid and the LC is beneath us. Shakes head.

    EFL Cup final

Yes. They are the current holders.

    EFL Cup final

Explain. We were holders, we're we?

    EFL Cup final

If we win the PL and/or the CL then Pep is vindicated. If we win neither then no, he was wrong, very wrong, Only time will tell. Tonight Jose is holding "our" trophy.

My thoughts as well but I think we're in a minority on here. Doesn't mean we're wrong ...

City players past and present you can't stand.

Joe Corrigan ... total c*nt. Met him once at the bar at Cheadle Town and got chatting with him after a charity match he'd played in a few years after he had retired. Told him in my opinion he was the best keeper in England for three seasons and that he should have got more England caps than he...

    Sergio Aguero - 2016/17 performances

I'd love to see Kun see out his contract and absolutely decimate Eric Brook's goal scoring record. I'd hate too see him stay and become a bit part player, like Dzeko became at the very end, for his sake as much as ours. Can we play him and GJ in the same team? Will we rotate? Only Pep knows...

    Mancini at the game tonight

Happiest days of my City supporting life when this mad bastard was in charge. I doubt anybody else would have stood up to the pisscan like he did.Pep certainly wouldn't have. It's possible we might still be looking for the first PL title if he hadn't changed our mentality. His faults actually...

FA Cup 5th round draw - Huddersfield Town (Away)

Will the server take it when we draw Chelsea/Spurs/Arsenal away? I'll be back on, or at least try, at 7.30pm to check.

Other way round mate ... Battersea is a Chelsea heartland but I get your drift!

FA Cup 5th round draw - Huddersfield Town (Away)

That's why I can't get excited by this competition and still reckon we should have gone full strength at the swamp in the LC. Odds on we'll get screwed.

The fans are bigger at Spurs

It's people posting shit like this we don't like. Yes, you are a big club as are we. Your manager started this by trying to put us down and you clearly agree with him despite the rest of your post. Stayed relevant? Really? Apart from the period 1951-91 what exactly have you won? A couple of FA...

The fans are bigger at Spurs

The first three you've mentioned are all English and all played their entire careers, bar a few games in the MLS, in England. Toure played for Barcelona for years but I suppose that doesn't count? Patrick Viera was a great player but didn't score anything like as many goals as Yaya. Yaya has...

The fans are bigger at Spurs

It's certainly debatable whether he is right or not but it's not a ridiculous assertion like your trying to make out. Aguero's goals per minutes played in the Premier League is the best for anybody with 100+ goals.

The fans are bigger at Spurs

Spot on. The rags were top with 23k v Wimbledon. Liverpool got 17k and we were 3rd with 15k in the Second Division. Arsenal got 13k, Spurs 9k, Everton 8k and Newcastle 7k. I used to have a sheet with all the figures on and the top 7 have stuck in my memory. Football was in a bad way back then.

The fans are bigger at Spurs

Most deluded fans in the country. I was actually born in 1961, the last time that they won the league and that was a very, very, long time ago. In 1960 Burnley were champions,in 1962 it was Ipswich under their bright young manager Alf Ramsey. The Berlin Wall had yet to be erected when they last...
