I had a few injections and found them ok but I’ve been through worse in my life so I’m probably downgrading the experience, I wouldn’t put anyone off the treatment, it’s momentary pain for a bigger reward.

I had Bursitis in my hips and elbows when I was just shy of turning 50. Had cortisone injections and a 2 years hiatus from golf, thankfully did the trick. Steroid injections can help to repair damaged joints, I’m no expert, just relaying my personal experience.
