Will we win the league this season? No

Yep and they’ve absolutely no fucking idea how intense the pressure gets as it ramps up game by game. They’ve won nothing yet and they’ve nobody in that squad or on the coaching staff who’s won anything with Arsenal, that matters.

Admirable performance 10 against 12, proud of the lads Hope we’ve saved enough energy for Wembley

He’s clearly not inept, he must be one of the best refs in Europe. Ergo he, and more pertinently UEFA are corrupt

Carabao Cup Final 2026: Manchester City v Arsenal 22/03 4.30pm - Sold Out

It obviously wasn’t just the thrown in. That little vignette encapsulated the way he led the line superbly that day. He’s not been awol, certainly not against Newcastle where he turned in one of the best all round centre forward performances in years. Hes in a slump is all it is.

Carabao Cup Final 2026: Manchester City v Arsenal 22/03 4.30pm - Sold Out

Big Erl turned in a performance in the first and most important rags final. I’ll never forget him battling like fuck to win a throw in late in injury time right in front of where we were sat then turning to acknowledge the crowd, emotion and fatigue etched on his face.

Would you take 3 cups but not the league?

Yep, it doesn’t get much better than watching the boys in blue win a cup final at Wembley

City playing cup 2nd replays at neutral venues

Yeah I was at all the Huddersfield games too. What a season that was. Also remember Arsenal and Liverpool having many replays in the FA Cup some time in the early 80s

City playing cup 2nd replays at neutral venues

I think we had more than one replay against Watford around about that time too. I remember them beating us easily at home.

    Real Madrid (H) - Tue 17th March, 20:00 | CL | Pre-Match Thread

As a numbers man what I’d like us to do on Tuesday is accept that we have a negligible chance of winning the tie and decide to spare our best players an exhausting night that could seriously hamper our chances of a cup win at Wembley. However as others have correctly pointed out, the champions...

Will we win the league this season? No

The players and Pep won't concede yet but this for me puts us too far behind No dishonour in finishing runners up in a transitional year with a relatively young team and several new players bedding in 3rd last year, 2nd this, winners next season

    Atmosphere Thread | 2025/26

The atmosphere at our place when we were chasing our first title in decades was nothing like as anaemic as this. Some “blues” just use this thread to needlessly and unfairly criticise our support. ^^Exhibit A your honour

    West Ham United (A) - Sat 14th March, 20:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

You couldn't ask for a worse scenario in terms of an energy sapping game than to be 3-0 down at HT in the first leg of a two legged tie and have to chase the game against quality opponents in the 2nd half. Many of them looked exhausted at the final whistle. Given that and given how...

Real Madrid (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

Agree with this Gibbs White is a slightly more mobile version of Rico Lewis, why would we pay £70m for him. Anderson is robust and athletic but doesnt look anything like top class I think because we haven't had a central midfielder with a real engine who could get up and down the pitch since...

    Real Madrid Last 16 | 11th & 17th March confirmed | Details, ticketing... | (H) Ticket Pricing (p6)

Maybe the hugely disappointing first leg score will deter the day trippers and the place can instead be packed full of old school blues a la Hamburg These flouncing cunts will fold like a pack of cards if we get an early goal. Given that scenario we could be in store for an epic atmosphere.

Hugo Viana | Director of Football

Yeah defo a CL baptism of fire for them both. I thought Guehi might’ve been braver and put his head in for their third goal rather than trying to avoid contact. Semenyo’s first touch looked a bit heavy at times. I’m not sure playing on the right suits him. Tbf though we can’t judge em on one...

Real Madrid (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

They were the better team but 3-0 flattered them. Had we been more clinical particularly early doors we’d still be in the tie. Rodri played well, Cherki ran the show when he came on. Sacrificing Nunes’ ability in the ball for Khus’ slight advantage in pace didn’t pay off. Savinho’s new found...

What a bold, attacking line up that is. Pep's going for the jugular. He knows what he's doing. What's Real's record home defeat ???
