Is it just me or does it feel like Pep has cracked the code?

I feel like he's found the right combination of players now to go on a tear and win the League/Champions league. Look at all the results across the season so far. Every time the following players play, City have their biggest results. Donnarumma O'Reilly Dias Gvardiol Nunes Nico Bernardo...

Will the Premier League ever open up a 21st league team for guests?

A non permanent, 21st team. For example, invite 1 European powerhouse per year to play in the League. Bayern become the 21st team and play all their home games at Wembley. Or Barca, Or Real. How realistic is this? It's possible.. imo.

Is the Premier League being strong a benefit or hindrance for its teams in Europe?

In previous years everyone would say, PSG playing in a weak league has stopped them from winning the CL as they aren't tested as much week by week. Now, it's seen as a positive for them as they can rest players and still walk the league. What do you think though? I think it's a positive for the...

Why does the EFL (Carabao Cup) and FA Cup reward the winners so little money?

Just read that the winners of the EFL Cup only make '£100k', and the FA Cup Winners make '£2 Million'. That's nothing though nowadays in the grand scheme of things. How long 'Riyahd Season, Saudi Arabia' starting putting up £10 Million for the winner for Sponsorship?

    Who will get 5th place?

Top 4 is probably a lock. City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea. Squads are just too good not to be top 4. But top 5? Could be any of Spurs, Villa, Newcastle, Man U and Bournemouth imo. Palace an outsider.

Iberian League vs British League and Hypotheticals

Would an Iberian League (Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico, Porto, Benfica, Sporting) etc be bigger than the current Premier League? What about an Iberian League (see above) vs a British Premier League (Including Celtic + Rangers)? Surely these cross country league mergers are coming soon, as...

    Premier League Meta shift

It's very odd, but this season teams have decided to go long ball way more often than previous years and are utilising the long throw ala 2000s Stoke City more often. Some Premier League current and former managers were very vocal over the summer about the need to bring in big, physical and...

In your opinion.. For me. 1. PSG 2. Liverpool 3. Bayern 4. Arsenal 5. Barcelona 6 would be Chelsea, Real or City. So excited the Champions League is almost back!

Has there ever been such a strong top 4 of squads/teams in the PL as next season?

The top 4 teams are absolutely stacked! I know the league has had some strong teams such as 2008/2009, the top 4 were all strong. But this seems unprecedented. Any of City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal can win the PL or CL imo!

Best 1 season wonder teams in recent years?

This past transfer window we've sadly seen the breakup of that fantastic Leverkusen side from 2 years ago. They will fall back into nothingness. Was they the best 1 season (1.5 season) team we've seen in recent years? Leicester City 2015-2016: Notable players - Vardy, Maherez, Kante...

Who will be the 2025/2026 Premier League dark horse?

I.e doing way better than expected? We had Forest this year and to a certain extent, Bournemouth. I'm gonna go with Brighton pushing the top 5 close. They've got insane talent on their books now and haven't lost their whole spine of their team this summer like normal.

Why isn't the Championship bigger than it currently is? Is it a sleeping giant?

It's the second biggest league in England, after the Premier League. The Premier League's annual revenue is £6.1 billion. The championship's annual revenue is £749 Million however. Average crowds in the Championship are 22,160 per game with 24 teams. Ligue 1 average attendance is 28,033 with...

    Villa or Newcastle?

Seems to be a new rivalry brewing between these two fan bases. Both have overtaken Spurs and Man United in the big 4/6. Both teams have rich owners and have broken into the Champions League the past two seasons with great managers and player purchases. Who do you think has the better team?

How many PL teams are top 4 level in Bundesliga (Leipzig level)?

I'd say a good 14-15 teams in the Premier League are equal to the 4th best in Germany. What you think? https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/7614/Show/Germany-RB-Leipzig Leipzig Team/Squad https://www.whoscored.com/Regions/252/Tournaments/2/England-Premier-League Current Premier League table...

Gap between the Premier League and the Championship seems the widest it's ever been.

Even relegation tipped Premier League teams now have squads super deep. All Championship teams have been completely asset stripped (Look at Leeds losing all their top players). The money gap is finally showing. I can't see a Championship team finishing Mid table right after promotion anymore...

    Newcastle or Spurs?

Who is best placed to finish higher next season? I picked these two as Spurs is generally considered to be the smallest of the big 6, and Newcastle will be the one to form the 'big 7' over the next decade. Howe vs Postecoglou Isak vs Son Gordon vs Johnson Bruno vs Bissouma Tonali vs Sarr...
