Ear to the ground. City don't release any information on security but in my conversations with groups associated to the club this is what I am being told

The land that is being used was previously used for media parking, not parked at the Etihad for many a year so no idea if that still the case. Orange is only a temporary car park and will be lost when further development starts. I have had it suggested to me by a club insider that blue will...

I think it is linked to the terrorist threat, OT is classed as target #1 and our stadium as target #2 on the most likely venues to be hit so trains so close to OT have been stopped

VAR cant be used to give a yellow, if the ref missed the incident VAR will look to see if it should be a straight red, but wont interfere if it was only deemed a yellow. I haven't seen the incident you refer to so no idea what the ref saw or what happened

The whole transport situation requires total blue sky thinking. The simple fact is car parks currently in operation will close as the infrastructure expands. Orange has only ever been a temporary car park. It has been suggested to me that Blue will need to become multi-story.. I can't think of...

There is a holding point on the tramline near OT, no idea why same was never built when they extended past our ground, on a rag game day they simply stack trams at that holding point, on our games they can't

It is not another stadium, it is another arena, big difference. The Manchester Arena was built as a multi use venue with ice rink, basketball court etc which all failed but left it not perfect for concerts acoustically or seating wise. The arena attracts audience from across the UK and abroad...

    Facial recognition at City?

When I have been in Legends or through one of the main reception entrances I have always been checked more thoroughly than when using a disabled entrance. I have also entered the stadium on a non match day with Danny and he has been searched on every occasion.

    Fixtures in a spreadsheet

Each season I produce a spreadsheet of fixtures and key dates which I use for planning and many on here seem to like it, so I thought it best to share again, the spreadsheet can be viewed here Unfortunately the carabao cup round dates are not included as can't find anywhere Obviously all dates...

No. The disabled supporters referred to are the ten raised bays at the back of the CFA stadium. The toilet is in a locked office and City feel it OK to restrict access to just half time and no access to any refreshments. The only other wheelchair location is pitch side in a stadium open at all...

I'm disabled and that link doesn't let me see season card renewals. Guessing it means from renewal day that link will work

We had him at a disabled supporters meeting last week. He still loves City but tries hard to be impartial when commentating. Had some interesting views on other pundits
