    EDS lose 0-2 to B'burn / u18s beat Stoke 2-3, u18s 3 points clear with a game in hand after mini rags lose.

    I don’t think Henderson-Hall or Thomas are injured, we just have a big squad and there’s been no room for them so far. Willhoft-King has presumably been released as he’s no longer listed on the official site.

    Unless he has an absolutely brilliant season, I don’t think Foden is getting anywhere near the World Cup squad. He’s probably 4th choice for that number 10 role, behind Rogers, Bellingham and Palmer. He can’t really have any complaints though given how poor he’s been for England.

    Two brief sub appearances over a month ago and no sign of him since. Presumably he’s injured again, which is a shame but his body clearly isn’t up for the rigours of professional football.

    I’m not suggesting he should have stayed, but he needed to go somewhere he could play every week. At the moment he’s basically the back up to their captain and best player. Hopefully he’ll get a start at the weekend though
