Not a bad result really. Keeps us in 2nd.

What do you expect? Entitlement in here is laughable, really is. You win some, you lose some. Some of these posters have some growing up to do. Take it on the chin.

Come on mate. Give him chance. He's clearly a good footballer.

Not a pen that, but Brentford deserve the 3 points here. They've been the best side by far.

Said him before, but Michael Kayode. He's only 21 and will only get better. Got all the tools.

Schlotterbeck. The best defender in Germany by a mile. Pure class. Not sure there's a better CB in world football than him right now on recent form.

    10 | Rayan Cherki - 2025/26

That pass to Haaland was absolutely wild. I just love watching him. He's a street footballer.

    4 | Tijjani Reijnders - 2025/26

He just needs time. Some supporters are overreacting, forgetting how hard it is to adapt to a new league, especially this league. You can see he’s still adjusting - the pace, the strength, the relentlessness of the Premier League can overwhelm anyone at first. There’s something about him that...

    14 | Nico Gonzalez - 2025/26

As I've said previously. The lad is a quality player. He's going under the radar and he's getting better with every game. Impressive performance.

    Adam Wharton

You can't say that, I dislike Bellingham, but at Wharton's age he was an England international, scoring goals in the Champions League for Dortmund and then played for the biggest club in world football and won a Champions League. Wharton is a fantastic player, but he's nowhere near that level...

Milan van Ewijk. Kept my eye on him since the Semi Final of the cup a few years ago. Everytime I watch him he's been brilliant. Has Kyle Walker Esque qualities and could absolutely blow up at a top Premier League club.

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2025/26

A real joy to watch tonight, and his final ball has improved tenfold. Wouldn't swap him for any winger in the world, he's got so much potential.

    14 | Nico Gonzalez - 2025/26

I agree, I don't understand what some people watch. People seem to overlook how good Nico actually is. He’s been excellent this sesson - calm on the ball, intelligent in his positioning, and always willing to take responsibility. Put it this way, when he’s on the pitch, the midfield looks far...

Who? Nico? For someone who doesn't run he has amazing stats for Duels and Interceptions.

    Liverpool Thread | 2025/26

With the money they’ve spent, it has to click at some point. You can’t throw £500 million at a squad and not compete - it just doesn’t happen. The real question is how long it will take them to actually find a way of playing. Right now, Wirtz looks like he’s unsettled the balance of the team...

Will we win the league this season?

Honestly, I don’t see us winning it this year. Arsenal’s squad looks stronger right now. They’ve got Ben White not even getting a game, Madueke’s been their standout player when he was meant to be a very poor signing, and they haven’t even used Odegaard yet. Their summer business has pushed the...

Lacroix at palace could be an option. That winger from Everton with the pony tail looks half decent too ;)
