    John Gwynne RIP (p 11)

And may he attend many more City games in the future! Refreshing to hear someone like this, compared to some of the modern day pundits!

    Sad Passing

Sounds like a loss that will be felt by many. Hard to find mates like that nowadays. RIP Blue

    Liverpool (A) Post Match Thread

You could see Pep consoling Jesus on the pitch at the end, so I reckon he played no part in the decision!

    Bloody excited!

Hope Sergio's fired up and ready to make up for his World Cup disappointment too! Let's give Chelski and Jorginho a footballing lesson, and get it off to a good start!

FA Cup 4th Round 1988 - Blackpool V City - Were You In The Stand Behind The Goal?

I was in the stand to the left with the roof on, wishing I was in the one behind the net! The locals weren't too happy after, but loads of blues, ready for anything!

What was your all time plot loss moment watching City, good or bad?

When Pearce was Manager, and we were at home against the Rags, and actually defending a 0-1 deficit! Walked out before the end, and stuck to my drunken promise I made that evening of not renewing my season ticket if he was still in charge at the start of the season after. However, i bought one...

    "Little Benny" Bennion

RIP Blue. Didn't know him, but probably been to loads of aways when he's been there. Read the book, respect.

    The FA Cup (4th Rd ) - Cardiff (A)

Exactly my thoughts! Will never forget the sight of us lifting that cup, and would love to do it again!

    Autobiographies good or bad?

Enjoyed Uwe's book, interesting about his upbringing and football days in East Germany, and his subsequent love for City. Gazza's is a good read, and the things he got up to with the England squad, and how Hoddle tried to deal with him!

Dublin Pub Showing Leicester Game? (Saturday 3pm)

We've watched City games n Buskers Bar Fleet St and they've even had us on at the same time as the rags, which was interesting!

Cheap ale at the ground on Sunday

Well it certainly got people in earlier in CB Level 3. Concourse was much busier and queues twice as long. I missed the deadline by 5 minutes, so should have stayed in the City Arms in town!

    Chelsea(A) - Post Match Thread

It was a great night! Top atmosphere in our end, and the first time I've walked out of Stamford Bridge at the end singing!

    Palace FA Cup Post Match

Managed to watch on a Periscope link! It was the next best thing to being there! Was good to see a few really well-taken goals, and a clean sheet too! Anyone at home next round please!

Total Doom: how much disaster can City fans take??

Great post! Can't wait for the day all this comes together! Gonna be tough, but believe it will happen!

Leeds Utd v City - 1976/77 FA Cup

Yep! A very grim outpost in the old Yorkshire mining area. Not been for a while though, as we (Salford) haven't played them.

Leeds Utd v City - 1976/77 FA Cup

Great clp, and a reminder of the passion that existed on and off the pitch in those days! I was there the year after, and also the FA Cup game when we took well over 10,000 fans! If they do come up, they will definitely make their presence felt!

Man of the Match - West Ham (a), FA Cup

Silva-was good to see him glide up and down that pitch tonight! Ran the show in midfield, and was back to his very best!

    Referees/Officials

Shocking display! I was really worried early on, that he might cost us the game by his constant booking of our players, but not theirs. Thankfully, we produced a footballing masterclass 2nd half!

    Raheem Sterling - 2016/17 performances

He was great throughout tonight, and didn't seem to panic under some of the pressure they put us under. Towards the end, he looked to kick on, and caused them no end of problems. Well done Raheem, keep it going fella!
