    Ran the Great British Seaside Marathon at Skegness yesterday, tough in the wind and with stretches of sand. Finished 23rd in 4h 36 minutes.

    25th Park Run for me yesterday in a time of 25:25. First time since since having Covid in early April that I have felt comfortable with my breathing so delighted with that.

    Did a night 10km trail race on Sunday, dressed in a 6.5lb Rudolph/Santa costume. Finished in 01:06:26.

    Last day today of the Big MS Run Off. 30 Consecutive days of running in November, 7 miles today to give a total of 144 miles ran and over £850 raised so far for the MS Society. Thanks to everyone for your support.

    The Big MS Run Off - Run 28 - the Doncaster 10K, great event, first one I’ve been to that you get a pork pie at the finish. Chip time of 46.41 132.29 miles completed with two days to go. Once again thanks for the fantastic support.

    Run 22 for the Big MS Run Off, ran just over 4 miles to bring the total ran this month to 102.95 miles, eight days/runs to go.

    Run 21 for the Big MS Run Off was the Deepdale Dash 10k at Barton and ran in a time of 48:49 . Total ran now stands at 98.76 miles.

    Half way through the Big MS Run Off and after 15 consecutive days of running I have managed to cover 68.3 miles. Not quite in Bluehammer’s league but I'm really pleased with how it’s gone so far.     Gainsborough and Morton 10K this morning, chip time 49:52 which I’m delighted with. I’ve ran every day this week in aid of the Big MS Run Off for the MS Society covering 31.66 miles, 23 days to go. Thanks to those of you who have took the time to donate to this cause, it’s very much appreciated.
